Hi. I am Dr. Smriti Agrawaal.

I am a certified Nutritionist and Weight Loss expert.

I figured out my passion early as an inheritance. My father, he is quite a health freak. Learning from him was like a ritual for me while growing up. Therefore, I pursued Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery for my graduation degree (BAMS).

After my graduation, I got married. Life suddenly changed. It happens after marriage for most of women. You know what I am talking about. I was juggling all around while trying to lose weight and get fit. This was the time I grew more confident and discovered other benefits like glowing skin, better hairs and on-time periods.

My journey thus far, helping hundreds of women losing weight and gaining confidence to accomplish greater things in life, has been so amazing and fulfilling.

She is an excellent dietician. If you follow her regularly you will get great results within few months oy there is no weakness and reduction in health issues she is good and you can go for her
