Extremely Disappointing Customer Service
Extremely frustrating experience with Drowned World Records.
I placed an order in late August 2025 and have dealt with months of delays, vague responses, and shifting explanations ever since. What was initially presented as a delay later turned into a “pre-order” with a release date pushed all the way to February — something that was not clearly disclosed at the time of purchase through the Shop app.
Communication has been consistently poor. Most responses were generic and repetitive, offering no real updates or accountability. When I raised concerns about the length of the delay and asked about possible compensation, those messages were simply ignored.
After months of waiting, only part of the order was shipped, with no clear update on the remaining item. At this point, it feels disorganized and unprofessional.
Delays can happen, but the lack of transparency, inconsistent information, and failure to properly address customer concerns made this a really disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them based on how this was handled.
