7 WEEKS STILL NO GOODS RECEIVED

Haven’t received a thing (now 3 orders) in 7 weeks! $380 and nothing. Over 60 emails and counting, no way of contact by phone, no responses for days, nobody but 1 girl no way to speak to anyone. A set of complete lies ‘it’s lost, we’re sending express, it’s shipped but we can’t track it’ it changes each email the excuse. Never even got past label created. It’s an utter disgrace how I’ve been treated! They lie and say it’s the war, but DHL delivers in 3 days, Fedx 5 and they told me ‘we checked they can’t’ utter lies. They’ve offered no waiver of shipping fee even! Or a discount absolutely nothing! I just want my prints!!!

Wide Variety but expensive

My entire order was not delivered

My entire order was not delivered. It took many proactive emails from my side to learn that the courier service had lost half of my order. I am still awaiting communication. This was my first time with Drool buying online art, not sure I will be able to trust them in future.

Overall they need to be more proactive and transparent.
