Bad Customer Service

Would have been 5 stars but… I purchased an item and paid extra for next day delivery, it came 2 days after I ordered it. I sent a message via the website to complain but got no answer so I sent an email and as yet no got a reply to either. Really bad customer service

Orders placed after our DPD mail cut-off time—which is clearly mentioned on our product page and at the top of every page on our website—are dispatched the following morning. In the scenario you described, it sounds like your order was dispatched the day after you placed it and delivered the subsequent day, which aligns with our stated delivery timelines.

Regarding your communication attempts, we sincerely apologize for any frustration caused. We aim to respond to all customer queries as swiftly as possible. Our typical email response times are around 1-2 business days, which falls within industry standards. We believe we replied within our stated window, but we are sorry if it felt prolonged from your perspective.

I'm sorry that you felt compelled to leave us a 1 star review, which is a shame, as I don't believe we could have done any better in this instance.

I liked the products but I didn't like the communication. I asked a question about a potential return on Friday and also sent a returns request yesterday and have so far heard nothing

I believe you sent us a message after the business has closed for the weekend on Friday evening, and we always ask that customers wait a reasomable timeframe before getting in touch again (24-48 hours, Monday to Friday), especially during busy period such as we experience on Mondays, catching up on orders and emails from the the weekend.
