Determined to help and exceed results. Mario walked me through all the steps and communicated clearly to help me in my current contracts. He was patient and determined to get the best results possible to help me with my refinance paperwork. He provided a roadmap and spoke to the vendors in a classy and methodical way that left me impressed.
