Hi, thank you for letting us know about this. Our order page clearly shows the total price and package details before checkout is completed, and a second charge like this is usually linked to a package or offer selected as part of that same checkout — we'd like to look into your specific order to confirm exactly what was selected and charged.
We're sorry for the confusion this caused. Please reach out to us here with your order details: https://support.drivenol.com/hc/requests/new?ticket_form_id=37825299976594. Take care,

Hi, thank you for reaching out. Our order page clearly shows the total price and package details before checkout is completed, and offers like the one you describe are shown as part of that process rather than added afterward — we'd like to look into your specific order to confirm exactly what was selected and charged.
