KEEP CLEAR - (90 year old lost £225) Keep Clear - If I could give zero I would. Purchased a single small mattress from the website for our frail mother in law. Firstly it took over 3 weeks to arrive (from Shelf their third party supplier, and we live in Brighouse) Secondly, Barbara laid on it once fully clothed to try it out (similar to how you would at Dreams) and decided it was too hard so we tried to send it back. This company hid behind terms and conditions and now a 90 year old couple are out of pocket £225.00 I will never use them again! Majority of companies who supply mattresses normally allow a period for return/money back this was 10 minutes and they declined! GO ELSEWHERE! Look forward to your response underneath our review to justify your service and positiion!

I bought this Aluminium shower stool with arms whilst recovering from ankle surgery. It is perfect for the job. It is also light enough to be moved around for use in other rooms.
I find the arms/handles extremely useful to act as additional support and help with standing. They do not project so high above the seat that I cannot swing my legs over them to change position.( like a pommel horse!).
The plastic seat is well designed, comfortable, and drains quickly after showering.
I highly recommend this shower seat.

Mum bought an AirFold Powerchair because it is smaller, lighter and neater in shops and restaurants. She usually uses a larger scooter.

She was out on it and it folded up and tipped her out onto the floor. She was bruised and very distressed and then told us that it often happened and she was scared to use it.

The company sent an engineer who took hours to find a solution. Apparently the folding mechanism locking device had been fitted upside down. That was this summer. I live in Scotland and am visiting mum in Kent. I asked why she was not using the Powerchair and she said she was too frightened because it still folds up!!!!! Waiting for word from the company

I bought a drive devilbiss dual-wheel auto folding scooter hw009pur I sent drive devilbiss a message asking them about my delimer it says in the user manual when stored for long periods of time (which it will be as I'll not use it often)to disconnect the battery I have tried this as says in the manual taking the battery out of its compartment (which is very tight and hard to get out of the compartment) and have it to the side (the battery doesn't even lay on the floor) then fold it up disconnect the blue and black connectors but I can not physically get to the connectors you can not get your fingers in the very small few mm gap you couldn't even get the connectors back in the compartment if you could get them out. the connectors do not reach out of the compartment I can't seem to find a way to fold and unfold the scooter without the battery disconnected it seems to be poorly designed it was bought for space saving and easy to unfold is there a way to disconnect the battery when folded or fold when the battery is disconnected please. I have had no correspondence from them at all, hoping they would get back to me with a solution but no nothing myself and my husdand have both had and have drive mobility scooters a pride and a scout no problems now have this one and a jiffy manual fold+ it is the first time I have had to get in contact with them it is discusting how they treat customers.

I asked this company for 1 screw to replace a lost screw on a handle. Only response given was we do not deal with end user. Told me I had to go through suppliers but would have to purchase a new handle or go to a hardware shop. This is a mobility waker and needs the correct part. This is poor service for a mobility company, advising me to get a new handle when all I need is a replacement screw.
