I felt the difference in my mood and calmness throughout the day within 3 days of taking it. It was a bit too sweet for me at the beginning, but with a little more water, problem fixed. I’m very happy to have been giving it a try, and I’m already recommending it to my friends.

Great flavor and better sleep
I was worried I wouldn’t like the flavor and would have to force it down daily. But the flavor is great! Reminds me of being a kid and drinking Tang. My sleep has been more restful. I’ve had more energy during the day due to not feeling as tired. Definitely glad I purchased! The only complaint is the powder gets on my hand when I scoop it out. Maybe a shorter and wider bag would work better?

This is a great product!!!! I am 72. After drinking the Harmonia drink my stomach feels good within 5 - 10 minutes. The bloating is gone and it feels like the drink helps with digestion. There are so many vitamins in the drink that I can skip some of the supplements I’m taking. Sometimes you wonder if people are telling you the truth…please be assured, I definitely am as I just ordered 6 months worth.

The taste and order process is fine overall no results yet
The taste and order process is fine, but after 2 1/2 weeks I'm not seeing any real results even beginning to start after daily use. Post menopause wieght gain and night sweats, etc. are all things claimed to help with besides lowering cortosol levels. I will continue daily until my package is empty. I don't think any company should make false claims about things that may or may not work.

I would give it a 0 for customer…
I would give it a 0 for customer service. I asked to return 2 unopened packages for a refund as the product was not “agreeing” with me. 100% satisfaction guarantee if within the 30 day time frame. They dragged it out way past the 30 days and have just told me that I am pretty much “out of luck”.
Don’t get sucked in. Their customer service is about as supportive as an old jock strap!

If you're perimenopausal or menopausal I highly recommend!
I've tried at various times of day as it seems to be most effective when I enjoy around 2 or 3 in the afternoon and carries energy into the evening and thwarts any cravings for junk food I was having in the evening. I like mixing Harmonia with sparkling water.
