I enjoyed the discussion and how they were able to provide a different perspective on our general health and the impacts things can have on our total wellbeing. It has made me really interested to learn more about functional medicine as I have not heard of this before but do feel conventional GPs are not able to have the capacity to look at you, your health and wellbeing holistically and optimally.

I attended the online workshop ‘How to dance with your hormones’. It was a fantastic session with expert GPs and a Psychiatrist who explained about our hormones and the impact of every day life on these.
