Excellent. Almost hitting my 100th country travelled to.
The customer help service staff (thank you Vladimir and Igor and one other guy I can’t remember his name -sorry) are great- 24/7- they have helped me number times to reconfigure my settings in more remote countries to get my eSIM working again.
I use data mainly for maps and WhatsApp and email. The credit lasts me half a year, which is excellent as I travel a lot.
I previously used local SIM cards- but this works out a lot better, and you don’t have to give your ID and fingerprints to foreign countries.

I have used this company for over 5 years.

I am not sure if this is a Russian scam, or if they are simply greedy.

I paid US$50 for half a day's worth of normal phone data use. $25 for the eSIM and $25 top-up. Gone after half a day, most of which I spent at home with Wi-Fi.

Never again!

If is start to work authomatically - you will have internet.
But if some problem happened - you will spent hours to fix the situation. Why it is so extremely complicated?
So sometimes service is very disappointing.

Feels like a scam. The 10 euro you spend on it isn’t even in your balance, you have top up. Instructions how to get the eSIM to work are from years ago, not updated for new devices. Doesn’t work properly, loosing connection etc.
You end up spending a lot of money on basically constant struggle and frustration. You’re a lot better off buying a local Sim. Seriously

Use it since their start in 2017 or 2018, don't even remember. Works well, but I want to highlight the customer service. It is great. Thank you.

Awful, don't bother, cannot connect, keeps saying no internet connect. Followed the instructions and still no internet, waste of money.
After days of trying to get connected, it cost around £100 to use data in South America for 3 weeks and I only used it for google maps. Far too expensive, do not use, better of buying a local sim card or up dating your own sim card.

Needs a price revision in 2023, as sometimes it is much cheaper to buy and use a local SIM card or use Airalo e-sim (so I almost not using DS's SIM). Nowadays Drimsim balance is melts before your eyes, as random mobile apps running in background, could drain it really fast. At the same time you can't top up occasionally for day or two of usage, as minimal topup amount is 25 eur, which is a pretty steep step.

Moreover, using the service is not easy sometimes. When you cross the border and you are in rush, you have to waste a lot of time to configure the SIM differently in every new country, sometimes it just doesn't work and you must find Wi-Fi to chat with the support team. Too much hassle for the high price.

Use it from time to time for 5 years already. Perfect and seamless experience for frequent travels or digital nomad lifestyle!
You can save some money and buy local simcard everytime or buy this one and relax 😃

This is a good option for those who have to travel a lot. I find the service a bit pricey and that is the only reason I'm not giving it 5 points. I received my card the same day I ordered it and promptly made a deposit. I was visiting Asia and Latin America, and I can say that it works. Usually, local sim cards are cheaper. But as I don't have much time and need the Internet all the time, it is a good solution. But if you are in a country more than for a couple of days maybe local sim could be a better option
