Scam
Scam, the company is supposed to be US based, but I am receiving a package from an "International warehouse" I have received repeated emails explaining why the order would be delayed or why it did not arrive (such as my neighbor taking it). They then never responded to requests for a refund. The "tracking information" is a not connected to any shipping company, and simply has a map showing my address, and "in transit to next facility" it has been like this for over a week. No location, no facility name, just "in transit to next facility" with a delivery time between today and 2 weeks from now. If it ever arrives, I highly doubt it will be anything worth having based on this experience.
The "30 day satisfaction Guarantee" specifically states they will only accept returns for undamaged, unopened, unused goods. So there is no way to actually use the item and determine it is garbage and have a return accepted.

Company is lying about where their product is made.
The company's ads say that the product is made in the USA. Then after you place an order they will tell you that it's sold out locally and they will need to ship it from an international warehouse. At this point if you try to cancel the order they won't let you. 3 weeks later a bag with Chinese writing will show up. If you want a refund sure but they will force you to mail it back to China before they will credit you.
