Ordered tanktop with built-in bra and never received nor heard from them.

This is the worst website I’ve ever ordered from! I ordered a knit sweater as you can see on the picture but what I received was a printed on striped sweater. It was so ridiculous, I couldn’t believe it. I contacted Dresslia so that I could return my item as stated in the return policy, however they said it wouldn’t make sense for me to return the item as it would have to be shipped back to China and I would have to pay for the cost myself. They offered a 10% discount of the item which I thought was ridiculous. I would never order from this website again and they shouldn’t even be allowed to sell anything

I wouldn’t even give them a star if I could, but you have to rate something. I ordered some items for Mother’s Day. When they say it’s too good to be true please believe it because nothing was ever shipped. Somehow they even have track 628 involved because the was merchandise never receivedfrom them. This order was shipped out three times I can add email, requesting proof of delivery, tracking emails,emails to tracking companies stating they don’t know where the packages are some stating that the package has been delivered. They sent me out three orders. I’ve not received one in the middle of the second and third order, I requested a full refund they said that would take 25 days I’ve been without the money or the items for over 60 days. I usually do a check the company I purchase from and I usually do very well when I order through Instagram but not this time I feel Instagram needs to be aware of this, they’re supporting these fake companies these scamming companies which are they’re ripping off the consumer.

I paid for the item and never heard from them again. This company is a rip-off if they really exist.

I ordered 4 jackets on December 19 2025. They put after weeks delivered they resent my order they put delivered they didn't no where it was delivered they didn't no who delivered it. They used a scam tracking number with track 17 or track 678 which are scam tracking company. Today is February 10 never seen nothing. They once I contacted the BBB, Google, Nordstrom Rack who logo they stole offer refund never seen it. There a damn scam hope they burn in hell.

I'm so pleased with my purchase from Dresslia. The long sleeve slim T-shirt and Skinny Pants Outfit looks just like the pictures, and the soft, stretchy fabric is quite flattering.

I would not recommend buying anything from this company. I only received 2 out of 5 items I ordered, and I only got a refund for 2 of the missing items after reaching out to customer service. They asked for details and pictures of the packaging and what I received, which I provided, but they still never gave me a refund for the most expensive item. I had sent over 20 emails going back and forth with them, while they just talked in circles and asked me the same questions I already answered. Now they won’t even respond. I just want my money back.

Finding this dress for my son's wedding rehearsal luncheon felt like a little stroke of luck. It's light, flowy and has the perfect mix of comfort and sophistication. I adore the silky texture and delicate floral pattern.

I would not even give them 1 star - i ordered a dress and it was damaged! I have emailed 5 times and not had any response. I have also contacted them through instagram.
Would nit recommend after sales are poor!

Looking forward to wearing this sundress when the weather gets warmer! The fit is great and the tailoring is nice. It looks good solo or layered with a jacket.

Ordered a sweatshirt from them and not a sweatshirt. Made from very thin t-shirt material. So waiting for the rest of the order to come. Not very promising

Update: Received another email from them needing a picture so they could understand what I was saying. Did that I now I can send it back to China but there’s a different place it was shipped from in Illinois. So I guess my statement holds.

I love this dress! The cotton fabric is great quality - it's light but not see-through. It's flattering and comfortable!

This dress arrived exactly as I expected and is super flattering! The color is perfect and the side slit is a nice touch - it even made dancing easer! And it fits true to size.

Wow! I can't believe I found this beautiful dress in my size on sale and the color is just so cute!

I ordered a skirt from dresslia I waited 3wks didn’t hear anything, I reached out they replied they didn’t have my skirt in stock. I didn’t like the other choices they sent me. I requested a refund, they said they refunded me. But they sent it to PayPal. I don’t have a PayPal Account nor did I use that payment method. I sent proof they said it was sent to the right account after their first mistake.
I still haven’t received my money!! I spent $45.00.

Still no refund!! I will never order from them again.

This dress is fabulous! It's super comfy because it just pulls right over your head - no zipper to mess with thanks to the stretchy fabric. The fabric feels great, hangs nicely, and the length is just right for heels.

I'm thrilled with these dresses! I'm so excited for my bridesmaids to wear them at the wedding. The material is gorgeous - it feels light but still really luxurious, and the sleeves are just stunning!
