I was told next day delivery, didn’t turn up,I’m told it arrived at the Birmingham depot next day but will take 5 days to be delivered ! ! unsurprisingly it hasn’t arrived, I’ve just had a message from Amazon to say it’s not available or lost guess who the courier is ! So I have now asked for a refund.

Item arrived really quickly and was better quality than I expected..lovely!
Would recommend.

Just assembled probably the best bird feeder assembly ever. Quality components superbly engineered with super finish. It's a reason to buy British as shows china etc all exactly what a production standard should be so happy

I havnt received my item

Suitcase was as described. Perfect size for cabin luggage and very sturdy. Great quality item.

My decorations came and they were broken, tried emailing them and can’t get hold of anyone. A waste of £30

This company is a joke I bought garlands at Christmas from Debenhams where Driebach had advertised them and have had nothing but grief trying to return them first it was trying to get a return label and now 13/02/26 and still not refunded have tried emailing company directly and also phone number for customer service are both invalid

*****After receiving a reply from Dreibach (Mike) on 11th Feb which noted my refund has been processed, I have yet to receive it, and I have since made contact twice, no reply😡😡
Such bad customer service

Placed an order through Amazon for Dreibach goods.
The delivery of the order was significantly delayed and, as a result, the items were no longer required. I therefore requested a refund and returned the goods. Despite the delay being outside of my control, I was required to pay the return postage myself.

I have confirmation that the goods were received back by Dreibach, however, I am still awaiting a refund for both the returned items and the return postage costs. To date, no refund has been processed, and no clear communication has been provided regarding the delay.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service.

I received an email from this company telling me I would get 10% off my first order - I duly placed my order - did not get the 10% off - I have exchanged a number of emails with them but seem to be getting nowhere - have been constantly told they will look into it - nothing seems to be happening - be aware.
