I gave money to my Granddaughter to buy a Prom Dress from Drebella. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE IN HONG KONG. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS. My Granddaughter received the dress It must have been a used return dress because it was coming apart at the seams. She sent them pictures. She tried to reach out to them several times they did not respond. I paid $400 for this dress, and these cooks only want to give me back $60.They want to charge me 10% restocking fee, shipping fee. They don't do full refund Only partial refunds. THE DRESS IS USED YOU CAN TELL BY LOOKING AT IT. It is 100% their fault!! This review is on their web site so I doubt the public will ever see this. However, I will search every site online and you can be sure i will put the word out about this company's HORRIBLE RETURN POLICY. I am working with my credit card company to go after them.
