These guys are crooks. Stay well clear. I lost a domain after 'autorenew' function didnt work. 8 weeks later they tell me another company has the domain registered. they wont even refund the money. Again stay clear of these guys they are crooks

FACTS Locked out my own site on first day of attempting a basic set up. The site went completely dead on me so I had no access to even any kind of customer support.
PLAN Now I will have to rescue my domain from them, if I can. I may have lost my chosen domain. My sense is that this company is at best incompetent and quite likely a rogue player.

I want to help freelancers and small businesses. Please stay away from this web host. They charged me after requesting fit cancel the service 4 days before the renewal date. When I asked for a refund they said it’s non-refundable. They are even charging another $420 plus just to activate my account. They haven even refunded the &484. I was willing to pay a cancellation fee but they are unwilling to compromise. Keeps sending me emails about it.

Not worth the money.
I've been with them on a 10 year plan!
Consider the downtime time you'll spend cleaning the spams emails you'll get everyday and the loss of productivity! 😡

Crazy Domains and this parent company, are the absolute worst! Steer clear of them if you use emails for business, personal, anything at all. These people have accessed and deleted emails from my business account to remove evidence of accessing my emails.

Dreamscape refuse to take down fraud websites they host after reporting to them

Worst experience I've ever had dealing with a company. Utter garbage. My site NEVER even went live with and I finally asked for a full refund. They gave me a lot of BS about having to wait 90 days before the site was free again. Basically held me to ransom. DO NOT USE CRAZY DOMAINS NZ EVER! Unless you want to enter a world of hurt then be my guest or you could just drink toilet water that'd be cheaper with the same results.

They lock there txt records behind a paywall when almost every other provider gives you access to it. Making domains here basically pointless unless you pay for there premium dns which is really standard for every other provider. Don’t use this predatory company

I tried to use their WordPress hosting service, but it's not fit for purpose. The site was so slow that Google was reporting it as offline.

Crazy Domains support tried to tell me it was the plugins I had installed, but I knew it wasn't. Checking CPanel, I could see that the server CPU was 99%. They again tried to fob me off with excuses, blaming the site I had created.

I have since proved this by moving to a cheaper hosting company, and my site loads in the blink of an eye, with no changes at all.

DO NOT USE - very basic email features are charged at a premium. They do not allow adding .txt DNS records unless you pay for a premium domain. Unacceptable and I wish I would have known this before purchasing a domain through them.

Their support is terrible. They escalate things to another team and you never hear from them. Your business is not a priority for them unfortunately. This goes for anything run by Dreamscape Networks.

Absolutely terrible hosting service. Avoid at all costs.

Save yourself hundreds per year, for better service, without getting scammed into services that don't include anything you need, and attempt to force you into dozens of 'upgrades' that were standard for years, and still are with other providers. AI chatbots can guide you through the setup in a few hours even if you're not a computer whizz. You can use MXRoute for your emails, and Cloudflare for your web hosting - both are full capability for cheaper, with no endless upsells for basic features.

Vile, dishonest. Don't be suckered into paying for ANYTHING in terms of upgrades or fixes. If you do they will just continue to make problems and source more money for fixes. Remove your credit card info from their site. Find another provider that is NOT related to Dreamscape Networks well before they are due to renew your 'service'.

Fraud and Lier . Do not can trust them

I just got scammed... a renewal notice came out before my domain was due for a free domain that was included 2 years ago when I originally signed up.... it was a " .online "
I renewed thinking I was my actual " .com" domain only to get another renewal notice a week later... when I enquired the offshore call centre guy said there was nothing i could do the payment had gone to the registrar... I never ordered this, wanted this or have ever used this...... so why would I want to renew this???????
It is simply a scam

Tech companies are generally bad, but crazy domains takes this to a whole new level.
I was sucked into them believing they were a New Zealand based company which was important to me so that I would be covered by the New Zealand consumers guarantees act and that they would be paying thier share of NZ tax. Turns out very quickly they were not NZ based.
Right from the start there were continual "extra" products to be purchased to actually get the webiste to function. Then over time more & more "extras" had to be purchased in order to keep things functioning.
My credit card details were stored with out my permission & payments were taken without my permission for services I did not ask for.
When I asked for refunds for products I did not ask for I was refused.
Save your self a colossal amount of pain & DO NOT USE these thieves & scammers.

CrazyDomain.in is running a scam. I registered a domain on January 30, and as of February 23, it is still not activated. Despite multiple attempts, they are neither activating my domain nor issuing a refund.

I’d give no stars if I could. They purchased the company that did my website hosting and it’s been the worst experience every time. Every year they manage to drag basic processes out unnecessarily. They take your money then muck you around asking for pointless verifications. Avoid these idiots at all cost.

Tried to force my elderly father into an enterprise subscription, an increase in Domain Listing price from $11 for 3 years to $700!!

Refused to answer his questions, bullied him, threatened that his site would no longer exist. Legitimate sales person too, added items into my father's cart that he didn't want.

Luckily I helped my father fix it and just renewed via the website.

This is not the first time something like this has occurred. Twice I've been called by rude, pushy sales people trying to force and fear myself into purchasing more products using deceptive practices.

All in all, if you don't have to talk to a person, their system works fine. But their sales people are deceptive and dodgy... don't answer their calls or talk to them on the phone.
