Scary people and shocking work
The work these people did on our bathroom is absolutely shocking. We have found more and more problems as time has gone on. On top of all of this the plasterer they brought in was completely drunk and they walked out on the job after threatening me to hand over 2000 pounds despite them not finishing. I would be happy to talk to anybody thinking of giving them work and showing them what they have done here. Chris the man is very threatening- despite looking professional in the first instance. These people are awful and scary. Stay away.

This matter relates to a project from over a year ago. The works were carried out in accordance with agreed stage payments. When the next stage payment became due, it was not paid. As is standard practice within the industry, we do not continue works without payment for completed stages. As a result, work was paused and our team left site accordingly. Had payment been made as agreed at the time, we would have continued and completed the project.
We categorically deny the allegations of threatening behaviour, misconduct, or any unprofessional conduct. These claims are entirely false and are not supported by any evidence. We hold clear records of communication and project progress which support our position.
We take our reputation extremely seriously. Posting false and damaging statements, particularly after a significant period of time, may constitute defamation, and we reserve the right to take further action if necessary.
We remain willing to address any genuine concerns in a professional and constructive manner.
