Couldn't buy on desktop site. Had to use mobile
3, considering that I couldn't process a transaction on the desktop site. Couldn't click on any options in the 2 step verification screen for my bank. On mobile it worked fine.

NOT INSTANT
After making a purchase, I received a rather presumptuous e-mail asking for me to provide a copy of my bank card and a photo ID. I wanted to buy a video game, not open a chequing account, so I naturally responded by to the e-mail refusing and demanding a refund.
The only reason this is 3 stars and not 1 star, is because the support is fantastic. I received a response within minutes, and upon checking my bank statement, I can see the refund was actioned immediately.
Great customer service, terrible system. If you're concerned about verification, get PayPal like everyone else.

The verification is needed for all transactions made without a 3D Security, and are announced in our T&S. Unfortunately, the system can not detect if the payment card has 3DS enabled until the transaction is completed, and we can't stop the payment from going through. That prevents any fraud attempts that can harm the customer and web store.

Avoid, save yourself the headache
Avoid! Paid for game, but received an email saying that payment was not authorised and they wanted me to send them picture of credit card along with a picture of a photo ID!!! RED FLAG !!
Asked them to send the code or cancel the transaction. They agreed to cancel transaction but refund would take 5-7 days.. and sure enough the money has been taken from my account.
Now either the transaction was not authorised in which case money should not have been taken, or its gone through.
Bottom line im left chasing my money with no game. Rather pay the extra and buy from steam next time.

Regarding the refund time, processing times depend on the banks. Usually it gets processed faster than the mentioned time frame.
