Purchased the game, got an email with no activation code and the activation code field filled with “pending”. Would like my money back.

Pleasantly surprised, hesitant at first
I play video games few and far between, and usually will wait for Steam sales before purchasing any titles. Came across dreamgames to buy an access code and noticed it was way cheaper than buying in Steam. I made an account and made the purchase and was pleasantly surprised that upon checkout the product code was displayed right away and I could add it into Steam directly. So far so good

good website but hard to find the code
using the website was very quick and it was easy to navigate, but finding the code to redeem in the console game shop was quite difficult since it wasnt in an email

Ordered a game
Ordered a game, found out lately the shop didn't actually had the game key to sell in the 1st place.
This game had an incredible low price but Dreamgame wasn't the only shop reporting that price, indeed two other different and independant shops had an exactly identical pricing and discount at the very same time, so if it was a price error it must have been on the publisher side... anyway they told me they could no longer supply it so they automatically initiated the refund process which was due in regular time.
Not bad, not good I guess.
