Terrible product.
Pure garbage. Arrived damaged. Bed is also way too soft. It's like sleeping on a marshmallow. I don't recommend. Gave one star for refunding me, but I have to dispose of their broken mattress myself. Avoid at all costs.

Worst mattress ever owned! Extremely soft. You sit on it and almost sinks all the way down! When order was placed informed representative that I had a bad back and needed a medium to firm mattress and they said it was.

Please do not be fooled by the reviews that's posted on dreamcloud website. I would be surprised if one of those reviews were actually a customer, as those are their own fabricated reviews. Don't believe me Go ahead and try to leave review on their website.
This mattress after 1 year loses all its support. Stay away from this mattress.

I was concerned when I went to give a review of their products and found no place to do so. So who knows where their site reviews come from. Anyway I got the premier mattress med firm, the bamboo platform frame and sheet set.
I really liked the frame and it was very easy to put together. I felt the sheets are cheap and would not purchase again, although I do like the pillows.
The mattress, I think, is a bit too soft for a medium firm. It was Very heavy and fed x left it inside front door of apt. Building. But, I got help and got it inside the apt. and I did it from there by myself. I am a 74 year old woman, so it is possible to do it, if you are motivated. Be very careful on unwrapping with blades and it does spring out when it is ready.
I cannot speak for its durability, but I have slept pretty well so far. For the price, it is fine. I will research even more when I upgrade this one because I missed all the bad reviews.
It was very timely regarding delivery.

Dreamcloudmattress Canada is not true to there word. I purchased a queen size mattress November 25th 2024. They said it would be delivered December 13th- 18th . Never arrived. Then date was changed to December 19th -23 rd. Never arrived. I called and they said it was delayed.. They said it will be here between 24th -28th . Never arrived. On Saturday 28th I called and the lady said it would delayed indefinitely. Not sure how long. Let me talk to our team and see what we can do. Few minutes later they offered to give a higher end price bed same size the premium mattress for the same price. And because of the stress they were going to discount on top of that an extra $50.00 off. So instead of getting the $1000.00 mattress I was getting the $1500.00 mattress for the same price. They returned my money and canceled my order for the first mattress and said they would call January 1st 2025 to redue the order. Today they called and said I would have to pay more for the mattress and I wasn't getting $50.00 bonus. I recorded everything they said and they lied. I'm disabled and on disability. They are putting me through so much stressful time right now. They are the worst liars ever. Please everyone don't purchase a mattress from them. Help those that are disabled and being poorly treated
We ordered a new bed from Dreamcloud…
We ordered a new bed from Dreamcloud with the bedding package. The next morning I receive a phone call that the bed we ordered is not available, but they have a different bed they will substitute. No ETA on the actual bed we wanted. She tells me to respond to the email I received. I did and cancelled the entire order.
Then I get an email that my order is on the way.
I call customer service and after several minutes on the phone (suddenly the bed was available??) they assure me I will be refunded and nothing will ship.
Then I'm only refunded for the bed and not the bedding. Just a frustrating experience all the way around.
So far a bad experience
I ordered my bed through their website based on all the wonderful reviews. Order process was easy, received notifications that the bed was going to arrive on Thursday 11/7. Based on the tracking, EVERYTHING was going to arrive together. Since I do not have room in my house for 2 King size beds, I made arrangements to have my existing bed removed so that the new bed can be put in its place. On 11/7 my mattresses arrive, but my frames took a wrong turn in Albuquerque. They both left the Dreamcloud facility in Mississippi together, they were both in Northern Florida together, then... my mattress arrives in SWFL but my frames arrived in Minnesota (?!?!?!) and are now expected to arrive on Saturday. I called Dreamcloud who offered me a $40 credit! Here's the problem, I do not have a bed, nor do I have a spare bedroom that I can sleep in. I ordered these mattresses because they are rated the best for a bad back (which I have).
Not sure how 1 order that leaves from the same facility on the same day going to the same place winds up in different locations almost 2000 miles apart. Last night I checked into a hotel for 2 nights at $200/night.
When I reached out to customer service, I was told that they are not responsible for how the shipper breaks up the order. I know that customer service reads from a script, but when I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that the manager was going to tell me EXACTLY what was already told to me, so there was no need to be transferred and was hung up on!!!
Off to a rocky start, and very unhappy

Last update: Everything is put together well and packaged wonderfully. Finally got to sleep in my new bed and I must say that the features on the frame are wonderful. Not overly impressed with the mattress, maybe it takes getting used to but I have this kink in my neck that I didn't have before. I may be returning 1 mattress (husband loves his, but then again he can sleep on a bed of rocks) and getting something more suited to me, maybe something a little firmer for my back which has a whole new set of pains.
Changed my review to 3 rather than 2 stars.
Great product, great customer service
Not sure why so many bad reviews. My experience has been great. Got the product on time. Love it. Very comfortable. Customer service person named "Red" went way beyond expectations to help me with a FedEx mess. FedEx is impossibly horrible to deal with if you want any real support by a live person. I have purchased four mattresses from Dream Cloud and I love the company and the product. Great job all around.

Dreamcloud says ships in a week. Waited for weeks for bed to show up they called once mattress in but no base so we continued to wait. Finally yesterday they delivered and it was the wrong order. No help from Dreamcloud. I hate the bed already and haven't even gotten it yet

Bought a queen mattress and bedframe with headboard was assured that they would set it up and take away the old mattress. They delivered everything then told me to contact a private vendor and pay to have it set up and to take away my old mattress. Terrible service would not recommend this company
Worth the wait
The bed took a few extra days to ship, but once it arrived, it was super easy to put together, and we were sleeping in it that night. We did the split king, and I didn't love the firmness of my mattress, so I bought a plush mattress pad, and I am sleeping like a dream. I love all the features of the frame--especially that I can partially raise my head to help with my health issues--and not bother my husband. Time will tell if it holds up, but we are happy with the purchase for now.

BUYER BEWARE. DreamCloud may be a decent mattress for some. However, their 365-night trial warranty is a hoax. We purchased our mattress from an authorized DreamCloud supplier - a bricks and mortar store. When we decided that this mattress was not for us and attempted to get a return and refund from DreamCloud, they stalled us saying that the trial warranty is only for mattress bought online. However, NOTHING on their website supports this claim. Also, wouldn’t DreamCloud want to support its reputation by honoring its warranty? Apparently not.

This have been the worst experience from a product I have ever had. The dream cloud adjustable frame only worked for 1 hour then the it didn’t work. The customer service has been terrible. I’ve been trying to get a replacement for over 2 months now with no luck they just say that they will call me back to get a replacement but they never call back. I’ve called them at least 20 times to try to solve this issue with nothing to show for it. Pleas stay away from dream cloud or you will be scammed !!!

NEXT THEY WILL CONTACT YOU AND SAY PART OF YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED AND THEY CAN NO LONGER OFFER THE UPDGRADE. AND IT GOES ON AND ON AND ON. THEY WILL CONTINUE TO LIE BE RUDE, NOT RETURN YOUR CALLS. IF YOU ASK FOR A SUPERVISOR THEY WILL SAY THEY WILL CALL BUT THEY DON'T. Do NOT waste your $
The sent me a defective mattress in September 2022. They sent a replacement in April 2023. This one too is faulty, however, when I complained about it today (December 2023) I was told it was beyond the trial period. Apparently, the trial period did not start over with the new mattress but continued from the first one. So I got 7 months to try it out instead of one year. They will do nothing to make this right and I am stuck with a mattress that bottoms out and leaves mne with numb hips and in pain every night

I paid $1300+ for. I purchased the premium most costly option with the guarantee of the 365 days warranty. As you can’t try this mattress in person I got it as my friend has one and I LOVED IT. When I got mine (WEEKS late), it did not feel the same at ALL. The quality felt inherently cheaper, the pillow top was not as thick, and the mattress felt really hard and uncomfortable. I gave it two weeks to fluff up and to give it a shot. I wrote dream cloud about this issue and their resolution was to send a CHEAP GREEN 1” FOAM TOPPER. I spent $1300 to sleep on a foam top I could have put on a $500 mattress. I paid extra for the pillow top and for a hybrid mattress not a foam topper. I felt written off, I tried this and it made it softer but this is not the product I signed up for. The foam topper wasn’t even dreamcloud foam it was a cheap no brand cut piece of random foam. I was ignored time and time again, and then asked to send a million photos of my mattress, after a long delay they said there was nothing they can do. I asked to even replace that mattress with another maybe it was a defect or quality issue. I was misaligned and had pain so bad in my body I was paying $285 for a chiropractic practitioner to adjust my body and alleviate the neck and spine pain the mattress was adding to. I bought expensive pillows for neck pain and thought that may help. I ended up throwing the foam topper away and spending $800 on a pillow top as I dreamcloud would not honor their policies and the support teams were dismissive and not hearing the needs of a customer in pain, to promote a product that is over $1000 as luxury and to deter any and all adhesion to company marketed policies it truly disappointing.

Bought 6 mattresses in last few years and this was the most expensive and worst of all. Do NOT recommend unless you want sleep deprivation and resulting health problems during 30-day trial before returning (of 365 day trial).
Horrible customer service
We ordered the 4th of July from Dreamcloud Canada because, among other things, their website showed they had the mattress in stock and they offered 2-7 businesses days timeframe for shipments. We needed the mattress as soon as possible and were monitoring closely the ETAs. The mattress was going to ship between 7th to 11th but on the 10th they change it to 10th to 14th because an alleged warehouse error with my address, the customer rep said. I asked again on the 12th, thinking they were going to honor the first dates because it was their error. The customer rep was very rude and kept saying they still were inside the 7 business days (6th in fact) and that was the important thing not the estimated shipping timeframe, so I should wait. The 14th comes along and the mattress is not shipped. I speak with them in the morning again and they say the shipping was delayed again and they can't guarantee it is going to be send that day. They assure me they were going to let me know the updates before the end of the day. Nobody contacted me and at the end of the business hours I contact them again to cancel the order. They say it is in pre-shipment to be shipped sometime this week (what?) and thus they can't cancel and give me my money. Is the 10th day they have my money and nothing is provided to me. I asked everything in writing because they have the bad habit of lying and not sending the chat transcript requested where they lie to me. I am waiting for my money back at this point, I will be disputing the charge with my bank if I don't have news tomorrow.

Purchased the premier rest. It is as hard as a rock. Causing me sleepless nights and body aches. The return policy is not what it seems. They make it hard to return and it is not a good mattress. I own a leesa and serta Icomfort and this mattress is garbage. DO NOT BUY!
