Really excellent and thorough appraisal. Having reflected on the whole process and the questions I was asked and the discussions that followed, I think this was the most comprehensive appraisal I have had in my career. Dr Appraisals as a company was very supportive and helpful in getting the appraisal arranged and Dr Boyson was very friendly and helpful in the appraisal and had clearly taken the time to read through my supporting documents in detail to ensure we had meaningful discussions. As this was my first appraisal, I was very nervous beforehand and kept wondering what I would talk about for an hour. However, from the moment the meeting started, I began to feel much more at ease.

Dr Boyson’s approach was very supportive. For each section of the appraisal, he first explained it to me or checked what I understood about it. He then asked about my own experiences and views and listened to my reflections very carefully.
