I purchased a 2 x tattoo machines from separate sellers Amazon and they came with a dangerous plug with no FUSE
How are these sellers getting away with it and sleep at night
They need reporting to TRADING STANDARDS

Worst brand ever. Is all ok until the machine or the batteries are not broken...than noone help and they do anything to don't give you back the money. Is a nightmear. Highly recommend NEVER EVER buy from them. And if you erase the message I will keep on posting it everywhere so good luck.

EDIT: I had problems with this company but right now its okay i got my money back i've tried to order once again this time through bank card and everything went better than the last time.

Had a machine that had an issue where the needles stuck out about 2mm before it was even turned on. Imagine adding an automatic 2mm to a machine that does 2.4mm-4.2mm... yeah, dangerous.
They sent me a "replacement" that was literally the same machine with the same price.
Can't get them to respond to me now.
They keep telling me to send "a full video of the problem"... I've sent 6 videos total now. All of which show the problems very clearly. They told me it was a defective battery. The battery is also their brand. As soon as my last video showed all of the issues, suddenly it's complete silence.
Hoping I can have an artist that's well versed with tattoo machines fix them, because I'm out $200 and had to buy one from a different company because I refuse to ever do business with them.

Took rather long to arrive (ordered on the 8th of February and arrived on the 21st) however customer service was nice.
After some concerns the package arrived quickly.
It was well wrapped, nothing broken and everything works well.

I bought a mast fold pro and after 40m of usage started to makes a loud chunky noise and the needles wont work properly. After contacting the suport the sent a troubleshoot vídeo and I procede as instructed and the issue stays the same. After contacting again another questions and another troubleshoot. Once again the machine stays the same malfunctioning. After contacting again I got no answer they simply stoped replying. I hasked for a new machine or the refund but ignored my email. Dont ever buy FROM this guys its a total scam and You get up with no money and a manufacturing defect machine in Hanks. Worst customer service ever.

Basing this on the customer service and not product as of yet. Bought a mast archer in November for it to break in December. Got very loud and rattly for no apparent reason. Sent a video of the rattling sound to customer service and had a new one sent out within 2 days with tracking. Currently sitting at my local mail facility so hoping for delivery today. If this one breaks too then I will ask a refund and go from there.

This is a two-pronged issue really starting with the fact that Royal Mail delivered my machine to the wrong (and completely unknown) address.

I emailed DH and they simply responded “wait a little longer or ask a neighbour”. I responded by telling them I have an image showing “proof of delivery” to a completely random address, and a person receiving it who is not me and since they’ve just completely ignored my emails.

I will never shop with DH again, I just hope that I’m able to get a refund. Royal Mail say that DH are eligible for a claim from them as it was there fault but at the moment I’m completely in limbo with no machine and £200 out of pocket.

Been 2.5 weeks and my parcel STILL hasn’t even left China, not even at the airport I keep getting the same email back from them “don’t worry friend it’s on the way we will pressure the delivery service” completely ignoring my concerns as I’m without a machine so unable to work, I was expecting a week or 2 for it to arrive but 2.5 weeks & it’s not even left the country is beyond a joke now.

Ordered MastFlipPro, at first everything was alright and then the middle contact went loose, wrote for support and they send me new one for 40$, later on same story happend, not sure bad luck or bad quality, but the fact that same part did not hold for different peaces is stunning.

I purchased a tattoo machine through these guys via Paypal. A few days went by and I hadn't heard anything about my order being prepared, so I started to get a little worried. I've been ripped off by Chinese companies before. Once bitten, twice shy. That's why I used Paypal.
Anyway, I checked out the reviews here and got more worried and requested a refund via Paypal. Within 24 hours, I got an email asking if I was sure that I wanted a refund, because my order was being prepared. I replied yes, and was instantly refunded the entire $375.

i was looking for a tat machine to get myself started in the industry, seeing the reasonable prices and good quality that dragonhawk promises ive came actoss with their products a lot on youtube snd various platforms. just as i decided on what im getting i wanted to double check the experiences people have with them on trustpilot, seeing the reviews it actually scared me. many people saying their products havent arrived, they havent been refunded etc. it got me worried if im doing the right choice, if i can actually trust this company. i decided to try my luck anyways, they were the best option i got. ive ordered my set on 7/7/23, they were mentioning that the products will be with me within 12 to 14 work days so i got into waiting. meanwhile i went on holidays assuming that they would take long to come, thought it would cross 14 days and will be here within a month or two (cause some customers online said so), during this process ive got updated many times about the shipping stages and where my product was. it was 14/07 when i was abt to return from my trip, i got a mail around 12pm i think saying that my parcel would be at my door around 12:30 to 14:30. i was extremely suprised cause its only been a week, was definitely expecting a longer period of time. i didnt even calculated the possibility of it so i was still on my trip that day, but since i got the mail we decided to go back home and once we arrived my parcel was at my door. obviously not everyone’s experiences may e the same, im living in the uk, i heard theyre eaither shipping from the us or china but still, a week is very impressive and as i mentioned before they updated me couple times about my parcel during its journey (they shipped it with evri). the products i got were in v good condition too, they even out some stickers in it and the packaging were pretty safe, wasnt damaged. couldnt be happier. if youre also thinking about getting started i would definitely recommend them. their prices are great and they] wuality theyre promising is not something you would b able to find with other brands (which i did my research and its pretty tough out there). i also heard stuff about their inks, which i did order some inks from there as well since i didnt want to get any fake inks off of amazon or expensive inks off of other sites, i can say that theyre pretty good too. im writing this for those who want to trust dragonhawk, i wish that when i came here before ive ordered mine ive seen a review like this so i didnt had any worries at the beginning. wishing u guys best, thank u dragonhawk will be purchasing more stuff in future if im in need :)

Las reseñas de este sitio son MALÍSIMAS y hacen que la gente se asuste un montón (incluida yo).

Este sitio NO es el oficial (para eso tenéis dragonhawkofficial.com) pero parece ser un proveedor más. Yo, sin pensarlo, y pensando que esta era la página oficial, hice mi pedido aquí.

Tras ponerme a investigar un poco, hasta llamé al banco por si podían devolverme el dinero por todas las cosas que se decían aquí, al final revisé mucho más en profundidad y decidí darles un pequeño voto de confianza de un mes (que era el plazo en el que el banco me podía devolver el dinero y ya os digo que 200€ no los quiere perder nadie) y a mí al menos me ha salido bien.

Para mí SI HAY un seguimiento correcto, el único problema con ello es la ubicación de entrega que no es precisa, pero si me informaron de en qué proceso estaba el paquete siempre, te dan hasta seguimiento en YunExpress (en mi caso) y luego en otros servicios de paquetería local, cosa que corrobora que realmente el paquete se está moviendo. Para mí también hubo atención al cliente, estaba tan asustada que les hable por todos los lugares posibles: instagram, correo, página oficial de Dragonhawk, foros... Y EN TODOS ME CONTESTARON.

Quizás las respuestas no sean las mejores porque el proveedor es chino. Yo les hablé en inglés para que pudieran entenderme mejor y en la traducción no se perdiesen tantos detalles, pero si, responden, y no son respuestas automatizadas en NINGÚN SITIO.

En cuanto al producto, ha llegado bien, me parece hasta poco lo que ha tardado en llegar, creo que la gente que ponéis reseñas estáis tan poco acostumbrados a comprar por internet que 10-20 días os parece un mundo, para mí es un tiempo de espera decente. En fin, es como una máquina oficial, funciona bien y trae todo. Tengo entendido que hay garantía de la que no he tenido que hacer uso.

Entiendo que tarde depende de donde viváis, que no respondan rápido dependiendo del día, entiendo que os moleste, y si, hay cosas que no hacen bien y con las que no estoy de acuerdo, pero de ahí a llamarlo scam, estafa y asustar a la gente... no sé, me parece pasarse.

En conclusión, esta página no está tan mal como dicen las reseñas de aquí, no tengáis miedo, puede saliros bien pero también puede salir mal, aseguraros de que el banco os lo puede cubrir, aunque si hacéis compras por internet ese es el riesgo principal de TODAS las tiendas online, es lo que hay.

This company sucks ass. And if you ever get your product, it probably won't work and they refuse to give a full refund. Also don't trust that paypal will help you get your money back because as long as its visually the same as on the website you won't get jack.

If it allowed me I would give a minus star ⭐️ score this is100% scam company they take your money and don’t have the stock and then push the delivery date back further and further DO NOT USE SCAM SCAM SCAM

Literally waited a 3 weeks for my product to ship from china to LA and then it stayed in LA for 2 weeks 😵‍💫 it never effing came and they don’t wanna refund me since I ordered 30+ days ago but it’s ok since I gEt a gIfT cArD. Company’s a total scam and effing fraud. I got to deal with this with the bank now since they don’t want to help . F!ck this company!

Dealing with their customer service is HORRIBLE. I have been trying for weeks to get a replacement for a faulty machine they sent me, and I have been sent to multiple different emails, been asked to forward videos of the issue multiple times, continuously receiving half answers or replies. Still no arrangement for replacement has been made. I will never shop with DH again.

I purchased the master archer machine 3 months ago and now its having issues with at times loosing power and the machine at times has a rattling sound inside the machine. i just wanted to claim my warranty and have it fixed or replaced and dragonhawk is refusing to let me return it to get it fixed or replaced
