My forehead look rounded and smooth.
I get so many compliments for my eyebrows now that its showing.
My forehead implant had some infection and doctor was candid in their checkups and did it almost free with my second procedure. Extra implant has set well now its 2 months since surgery . I had a little protrusion of the second implant but negligible. Healing afterwards was easy with support
Cheek fat transfer- 6/10
My cheeks fat transfer was natural . Doctor informed me that fat cant be introduced too much in 1st sitting and set expectations to come for refills later.
The fat transfered i feel 60% of it survived and gives a natural finish
Jaw and chin genioplasty- 9/10
Im very much satisfied with the results it gives a natural jaw finish as i have a defined jaw it was softened to a natural extent . Chin genioplasty surgery and healing was on point no complaints . It didnt leave any fat under the chin which sometimes need liposuction . In my case I didn’t have to .
Tracheal shave and healing of stitches- My skin colur is brown and asian ethnic. The scabs from the scars have completely healed in 2 weeks and showing white line in that area( 2month update) I expect it hopefully to go back to my natural colour in coming months .

hairline contouring and forehead reduction - 7/10
The rounded head and no baldness at the ends.
Hair has has started growing at the areas of stitches and baldness with regular minoxidil spray and microdermabrasion.
Cant wait to see the full results after healing of scars and hair regrowth

I underwent FFS surgery with this surgeon. Unfortunately, I have experienced serious medical complications afterward.

The problem became apparent during a medical emergency when my entire face became severely swollen and inflamed. The swelling was so extreme that I could no longer open my eyes and had to be taken to an emergency clinic.

At the hospital, doctors diagnosed a serious infection in the frontal sinus area. I had to receive intravenous antibiotics for one week.

During the examinations, doctors discovered that part of the bony coverage above my frontal sinus is missing. According to the treating physicians, this area appears to have been left open during the FFS procedure and was not reconstructed with bone or an implant.

Further examinations showed a pus collection and a cyst in that area. The pus had to be drained under local anesthesia and a sample was sent to the laboratory. According to the current medical assessment, I will now need surgery to remove the cyst and infected or necrotic bone material.

After this first surgery my forehead will temporarily be sunken in, and about six weeks later a second operation will be required to reconstruct the bone and restore the forehead contour.

For me this means multiple additional surgeries, significant physical and emotional stress, and a long recovery process. I wish there had been more careful surgical planning and follow-up care. I strongly recommend that anyone considering surgery carefully research their options and seek multiple medical opinions before proceeding.

He makes fake promises in consultations,
after you paid deposit & arrive Antalya, he then says he cannot do exactly what he'd said.

I had my surgery in November 2023 and what a result it was for me a complete game changer for me as far as confidence and my transformation. I had forehead contouring, rhinoplasty, lip fat transfer and nano fat transfer it's a couple of years on now and I can't wait to get back to my Turkish family soon. They are great at looking after you I went over on my own and they looked after me so well. Nur is amazing and what she does and is always at the other end of the phone. She's absolutely gorgeous every way possible.

The humanity and kindness of this team is truly amazing. It feels like a family. Dr. MFO is a very understanding and caring person, with a very good eye for what his patients are looking for and excellent attention to details. From the consultation to the surgery he was clear, professional and empathetic.
I had my buccal fat removed by him, it was under local anesthesia, which made me kind of nervous, but the Doctor and his team never failed to make me feel reassured and listened to, even during the surgery itself. If I was in pain or something wasn’t feeling right all I had to do was flinch - Dr. MFO would immediately tell me “I hear you” and stop to either give me time or fix the issue. After the procedure, I was given every medication needed to properly heal, with a bag to store them and a pdf that explained how to take them. Needless to say the recovery was flawless and even though I was doing fine they always checked on me, even sending a nurse to my home in case I needed any help. The transportation was always taken care of by Emre, who is very kind and even took me to a good place to eat after my pre-surgery exams and was always available to help, just like everyone else in the team from the start to the end. I am now at day 5 post operation and my face looks like it hasn’t even been touched, just to prove how much of a good recovery Dr.MFO’s operation has led to. It was a very nice experience. I’ve had forehead contouring, rhinoplasty, hairline advancement and chin reduction done with Dr. MFO, and I can safely say his craft is nothing short of miraculous. Not only was he and his entire team professional from the beginning til the very end, but they were some or the most hospitable and friendly people I have come across, always ready to help in any way they can. It was genuinely an honor to become part of the MFO family and to witness such deep care along with pure professionalism from everyone involved.

I consulted an ENT specialist in Germany due to ongoing breathing difficulties following my surgery. Unfortunately, I was informed that my nose was done very poorly from a functional standpoint. I am currently experiencing significant breathing issues, and I have developed a pollybeak deformity.

Initially, I believed that the excess tissue and changes were simply part of the normal healing process. However, it has now been confirmed that this is not the case. My nasal tip lacks proper structural support, and it appears that the surgical focus was placed almost entirely on the central portion of my nose, without adequate consideration for overall function and balance.

As a result, I will be consulting a rhinoplasty revision specialist to restore my airways and address the pollybeak deformity.

In addition, I have a noticeable hole/depression following my browbone reduction, which has caused further concern.

After careful consideration, I would like to retract my earlier positive statement. I do not feel comfortable proceeding further with Dr. MFO and have decided to seek care from other specialists to assist me moving forward.

I had issues with bruxism and was tired of botox so I wanted a more permanent solution. I found DrMFO who was specialized in ffs and we agreed to do a jaw slimming and also cut some of the masseter muscles to get a more even facial structure. On top of that I decided to go for cat eyes as well.

Pre surgery:
Nothing bad to say here. We had a long consultation and he informed me about everything I need to know. I left the consultation with a safe and calm feeling.

In the hospital:
I had a nurse with me in the hospital from the team. She was super cute and had no problem with speaking English. She did have a lot of patience with me, I was in a lot of pain and I was scared. Though I wish I would been taken a bit more seriously when I said my swelling is pushing against my trachea, they said it’s normal but I had reduced capacity of breathing and I kind of had to push a bit to get a shot of cortisone. They measured my O2 saturation and it was 98% which is fine but that doesn’t measure your capacity of breathing. If my swelling would have actually compressed my trachea then the O2 would have dropped really fast and then it would’ve been critical. But it didn’t happen since I got the cortisone shot and everything was just fine after!

Post surgery:
The team were really caring. I don’t agree with the other comments. They came with food to my apartment several times and I even stayed at the doctors office for a whole day after the surgery just so they could watch me and take care of me. I felt 100% safe. I had appointments every other day at the office and got transported everywhere with their car.

Result:
I am satisfied with the result. I don’t regret anything. Here I only have one complaint and it’s that everything is a bit too natural. I can absolutely see a difference but I still think my jaws are a little bit uneven and I wouldn’t really say I have cat eyes more like subtle lifted eyes. It still looks good to and I rather have it like this and happily go back then getting botched. That’s why I don’t understand the other comments who claim DrMFO botched them. I have been in contact with the team about this and they happily welcomed me to come back for a very reduced price for some correction, which is really appreciated. For FFS I would go to DrMFO again. For other surgeries I cant speak about since I haven’t done them.

Also I’d like to add that the whole team knows English very well and they reply so fast whenever you wanna get in contact with them. These stuff are also important. It makes you feel safe.

I’ve had a revision genioplasty with a chin side reduction with excellent service it was very great

Second visit in mid-August. Unfortunately, the quality and especially the durability of the treatment were far inferior compared to the first time. After only 6–8 weeks, the effect had completely disappeared — wrinkles returned and lip volume was gone.

Different products were used than during the first treatment, despite being told the results would be the same. Considering the price paid, this was very disappointing. Based on this experience, we can no longer recommend the clinic.

Excellent Doctor and Professional Team

The doctor is truly excellent. I returned for a follow-up examination of my surgical site and underwent a second procedure, and it is completely natural for minor complications or additional issues to occur in such cases.

As a medical professional myself, I confidently recommend this doctor and his team. Emre is highly recommended—he is young, kind, attentive, and very helpful. Sister Yasmin is truly the queen of the clinic; both she and the doctor are extremely important to me. Their warm smiles and respectful behavior alone speak volumes.

I strongly recommend dealing with them. It is a clinic that stands out for its professionalism, outstanding service, and genuine care for patients.

I first went to DR MFO in February of 2024 for FFS and was very happy with my results. I had a forehead recontour, rhinoplasty, cat eye, forehead reductions and ear pinning.

This time I have returned for breast augmentation and revision rhinoplasty on the 12th of November 2025. I am once again very impressed with the knowledge and skills of Dr MFO and his team.

The team are very supportive and always willing to help. The service they provide is excellent. I had a great time with, Ayşe, Murat, Emre and Yasmin.

Edit: I wanted to come back and post an update not that it has been about 3 months. Healing has gone very well and a lot of that is due to the great aftercare I had from the team at MFO.

We have had regular catchups where that have been able to check photos to make sure everything is still going well.

I am very happy with the BA. The scars are almost invisible and Dr MFO took great care to even make sure my tattoo, which is very intricate and complex, was lined up correctly post surgery, this meant a lot to me and I am very very grateful.

The team are highly attentive and helpful and looked after everything very professionally. The support through the entire process was excellent and they always made sure I had someone to contact if I needed anything.
