Really good customer service, very quick responses - I messed up by using the wrong credit card and they called me straight away and fixed everything.

I love the clothes in dpam

I love the clothes in dpam. I think it’s difficult to find nice boys clothes in most shops but dpam always have a great selection of beautiful baby boys clothes. My son always gets compliments on his little outfits from here. Fast delivery too

Lovely clothes and thoughtful staff

Lovely selection of children's clothes. Some can be quite pricey so it's worth keeping an eye out for promotions/sales. Very thoughtful staff member Hilary let me know about an upcoming promotion and I ended up buying several items which I wouldn't have bought without her contact. I appreciated her thinking of letting me know. Good staff are a big plus!

No option to included a gift card…

No option to included a gift card (although you can opt for a gift box). Also, they did not notify me when the delivery was completed - I had to check with the recipient to see if they had received the package.

I will say we are a little bit hurt by the 2 star review!
Customers that wish to have a note added to the gift usually use the message section and we include their message in the parcel. You used this section to ask us to remove the price tags which we did and we included a gift receipt.
I will definitely look into making it clearer on the site that it’s an option to have a message added. So thank you for that .

In relation to informing you of delivery, the An Post tracking no is sent to every customer so they can track progress of any parcel sent by us . This would have let you know that it was delivered less than 48 hours after you ordered it. Not a bad service?

I love this French brand

I love this French brand, great quality and design for children, I'm happy there is a branch in Ireland ❤️ Ordering online was great since the website is easy access and the delivery was fast. Very happy customer!
