Tuotteen Booklet arvostelut

Very disappointing. In an order of 6 brochures, 3 were missing multiple pages and were also in various states of disorder. Clearly the QC failed - which meant my daughters Uni interviews were missing a key component. Doxzoo did respond rapidly and resend the 3 missing brochures - yet I didn’t receive a refund of the 24hr express postage I’d pad for. I’m sure there are other similar print businesses out there that can offer a higher degree of assurance. Sorry Doxzoo - but you let us down.

I designed a one off book for a grandchild so needed a sturdy professional looking book. I found the website clear and easy to follow. A problem with my formatting was quickly resolved by email. The quote was reasonable and instant. The book arrived within 5 days despite just before Xmas. It far excelled my expectations and my granddaughter loves it.
