Avoid buying from Doublewood!
I made my first purchase on 23 May '26, and till now i could not track the shipment (they use APG!). I have people writing from non-doublewood email addresses writing to me about my purchase, with links to update address. Although they might be related to the company, i'll never click on links in emails from unknown sources. Worst of all, their shipper suck! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.

It is not true it is just a few days' delay. Purchased 23 May, your emailed me on 25th May that "your order is on the way", but your courier stated on its website that it collected the parcel on 30th May. And delivery happened on 16th Jun without any updates in between. Anyway, say all you want, i'll NEVER buy from you guys again.

Very poor customer service and non delivery
Ordered 14th July, shipping 4-7 days, still waiting and tracking showing still in LA, USA. Contacted, told technical error, then they can't reply as outside of business hours, can't cancel as told cleared customs. Will be 15 days tonorrow so will raise a Visa dispute. Avoid using
