Emailed early November and told they have been dispatched!

Contact again 4 times but NO RESPONSE

Product besteld, geen product ontvangen, geen reacties op e-mails. Pure oplichting!!!

We ordered some car slippers mid November and received confirmation but nothing saying when they will arrive we sent a message but got no response we have contacted the bank to get our money back and got told by them we will have to wait 15 days too put a claim in for money back so we waited 15 days just too be told now we have to wait 40 - 90 days I’m so mad 😡 don’t buy from them it’s a scam

Bestelling nooit ontvangen. Geld weg wees gewaarschuwd ga er niet mee in zee. Kan het geld beter gewoon in de sloot gooien dan ben je het ook kwijt.

Articles commandé le 11 Novembre 2024 , nous sommes le 12/12/24 , après 3 mails en direct de leur site et un depuis ma messagerie , toujours pas de réponse, ni de colis (valeur 80 euros )

I’m so angry I ordered 3 x slippers which cost around £80 which was ordered on 17/10/24 and still haven’t arrived. There’s no way of contacting except emails. These were Xmas gifts I’m furious

Emailed 04/12/2024, 05/12/2024 and 06/12/2024 no responses.
Downloaded the Shop app to track item remains on ready to be shipped.
Reported via the Shop app.
Left a review via the Shop app
Completed the contact us form on the website.
This company are falsely advertising products and sending them to the buyer.

Order placed on 15th November. No item ever received. No response to emails and no other forms to contact.

still not here had to download the shop to track said not despatched then seconds later said delivered 2 hours ago - impossible
several emails no response i think i might have fallenm for the scam , will try and get card refund

This company should be avoided at all costs and should be shut down. They took my money but did not send my order, they do not respond to e-mails and there is no other way to contact them.

I could give zero. I never didn't receive my item. Customer service very bad.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY MASSIVE CON THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT SEND THE ITEM. TRIED EMAILS THEY DONT REPLY TO THEM EITHER!!!!!!!! FIRST TIME IVE BEEN CONED AND IT DONT FEEL GOOD!!!!!!

I placed an order and when emailed them for an update they advised it will be with me within a few days. 2 weeks later I emailed again and they said the same thing. Over a month now and they are not responding to my emails. Total scam, please don't fall for it like I did. :-(

They took my money and I never received my order. My shop app still says ready for shipping. I emailed them to which they said I should receive my order shortly , but still won’t give me a tracking number and now ignore my emails. Scammers!

I'd give less than one star if I could. Order never received, they blocked me from their facebook page and don't reply to emails. Feel so stupid for falling for this

Ordered slippers 4 weeks ago and have not received them. Chased it twice now.

Complete scam artists. Do not respond to emails uncontactable. Fortunately I paid with my credit card so got my money back
