Item arrived a lil later than anticipated. However I didn't realize I was getting 2 magnets. But they look great. Fiance loved it and got a good laugh. I would order from again just a little earlier next time.

What made it great was the customer service. I couldn't believe a real person answered my emails.

One of the coffee mugs was broken. I was able to report that on the website send a photo. A mug replacement was mailed shortly after.

I expected more. The edges or curvature of the wood needs more refinement.

Fast delivery, excellent clever product, my sister-in-law who is vegan and grows all her own vegetables in her backyard, absolutely loved the kitchen towels I sent to her, towels with funny vegetable sayings, she told me “I love you from my head tomatoes!”

Naomi was very responsive to my questions. I was getting nervous that the recipe cutting board wouldn't be ready for Christmas delivery when I hadn't heard anything just a few days before Christmas - but they ship with 2 day air and I received it in plenty of time. My sister absolutely loved it and tears of joy were shed since it was a special recipe of my mom's and even in my mom's handwriting!

The dishtowels are so cute, shipping was speedy, but best of all - they are SO ABSORBANT!!!! Finding a good dishtowel is so hard sometimes, these are so great!

The quality of the wood and the handwritten recipe were perfect!!! I had added an ingredient upside down at the bottom of the recipe and an asterisk by the ingredient 'sugar' and both were omitted. They were to draw attention to important events. I forgot the sugar once when making a pie and 'vanilla' was a secret 'ingredient' I wanted my granddaughters to have.
