I ordered a witch costume for my daughter for Halloween. I had no confirmation email so I followed up with an email and the company replied twice within a couple of days with tracking information. Although the emails were all in Finnish they were easily translated. The emails said that the witch costume had been dispatched so I was satisfied with that. Today (16 days after the order was made) a bat costume has arrived!

I’m very pleased with my experience! The package arrived right on schedule, and the customer support team was friendly, helpful, and quick to assist me with some questions. The product i ordered: The Kids Dinosaur Skull Plush Hood is absolutely excellent, and seeing how excited my son was about his birthday gift made me happy. I would definitely order from this company again!

Do not use this company. They will happily take your money. Any issues? May as well scream into the void.

Almost a month of emails and no response to return a faulty item. Having to charge back my card.

Ordered two bracelets to memorialise my deceased family dog. They came wonky and off centre. Complete radio silence.

Sells extremely poor quality goods, doesn't replywhen they ship the incorrect item, impossible to get ahold of. Starting a charge back, be warned

Very disappointed I ordered snow suit for my granddaughter birthday this never came in says up to 12 business days delivery this had not been delivered In time i ended up having to but from another company, because this was coming from China I now have to pay shipping fee back to China so I am out of pocket , poor service poor delivery , will not advise to shop from here utterly disgusted they should of put that it comes from China I wouldnt of ordered it if id of known
