My doors had to be replaced as I had…

My doors had to be replaced as I had ordered the wrong size. The person I spoke to on the phone about this was very helpful. He arranged it all for me that the pick up & delivery would be at the same time. He phoned me back to check all was organised
The delivery driver was also helpful & very nice. It all worked exactly as planned

Brilliant customer service

Brilliant customer service. I made an error on placing my order and they picked it up and telephoned me to check this. Then corrected my order and gave helpful advice on ordering hardware. Delivered in a few days, good quality and in excellent order.
