Quick delivery
Quick delivery. Although doors are primed, I will have to fill the joint’s as they are cracking and i will have to sand down around the glazed area’s, as they are a bit rough.

I totally messed up whilst researching…
I totally messed up whilst researching for my internal doors. Firstly there are companies selling the same doors from the same supplier at a way better price, i mean way better £60 cheaper for the same door. Next, after deciding to change one of my doors the driver who delivered my new one couldn't pick up the return due to not being allowed. This means i have to wait in again in order to return the door. bad planning but keeping a driver in a job.! Regards hope this helps .

Firstly, apologies for the collection confusion - we have chased up transport to see what is happening with the door you wish to return.
Secondly, there was no delivery charge on either order your placed so, taking other companies charges into account the doors come to a very similar price. We also didn't charge any re-stocking fees for the collection although we are charged these by the supplier.
We have asked transport to contact you ASAP to arrange the collection

I’m so glad I’ve had this opportunity to write a review for door station because I’ve recently ordered six oak doors for my bungalow and I’ve just finished hanging them and I am so pleased with the quality, all friends and family who has seen them have all made remarks about them on how nice they look , I had them ready stained and I’m glad I did , I am one very happy customer thank you 👍👍

Client involvement
I've been in the trade for best part of 50 years and I can say without hesitation that Door Station customer service is second to none.
A recent high end project has been plagued with delays caused entirely by poor decision making and involvement by the client and, whilst issues with some suppliers remain unresolved Door Station has responded to my requests promptly and fairly.
I recommend them unequivocally.

Hi Mohammed, thanks for taking the time to leave a review.
I can see you placed an order for a door on 30th December 2021 whilst we we closed for the Christmas break. You were informed the door was out of stock until February on the day we opened (4th January 2022) and refunded in full as soon as you requested it - 5th January 2022.
Stock has been tricky over the last 12 months I'm afraid and whilst we have no control over when the containers arrive/clear Customs etc, we do have control over contact with our customers and we pride ourselves on Customer Service.
In normal times our suppliers have a constant stream of doors coming in which means 95% of all doors are in stock and available for immediate delivery or, if they’re out of stock, it's not for longer than a week or so.
Again, apologies we couldn't fulfil your order in time. Do let us know if you need anything in the future
