Amazing company purchased the kinetic doorbell was a bit sceptical but it’s going strong and hasn’t skipped a beat since no more dead battery’s them days have gone love my purchase

Website very user friendly and easy to find required product. Order processed, despatched and delivered very quickly. Product great.

Have used this company a couple of times for deliveries to Australia both of which I've received very quickly. Products are of great quality, my only wish would be to have the chimes for the doorbells to fit with the Australia plugs.

Such a cool item! Great materials! Very well made. Would definitely buy again!

Really helpful, when you need information about the product, one simple call an order sorted.

Very fast dispatch, kept me fully up to date.
Good quality item and looks great.

Fast delivery and product as described. Easy to use.

We are very satisfied with the doorbell.it came on time and looks very smart!!

Excellent range of doorbells - the one I got was fairly cheap but nice quality, works well, clear instructions - arrived a couple of days after ordering - all good.

A great discovery! We were able to use our existing door push, with the wired to wireless adapter and add a number of chime units to it, got good technical support as well.

I had an excellent experience with John at Doorbell World. He took a huge amount of time to explain the different doorbell systems and decibel levels for my new extension project, ensuring I fully understood the options available. His knowledge of the products was outstanding, and he was incredibly patient, helpful, and professional throughout.

What really stood out was his genuine care and willingness to help rather than simply make a sale. He took the time to understand my requirements and offered clear, honest advice that gave me complete confidence in my decision. Outstanding customer service, exceptional product knowledge, and a genuinely helpful approach. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend John and Doorbell World to anyone looking for expert advice and first-class service.

Super fast delivery, and a very good quality item

Easy to use website, ordered the three items individually in one basket instead of as a pre-pack, saved a few quid. Product arrived two days later and works perfectly. Very happy overy.

Very impressed with the support and follow up provided by Sophia. Would definitely use again.
