Mike Lawler in sales was fabulous! When vetting CRM providers and asking all the questions Mike was transparent, informative, and dedicated (including answering calls while snowed in) rain, shine, or snow didnt stop Mike from Phenomenal “potential customer” service! And the main reason we chose Donor Perfect as our CRM and went with initial 3 years for our foundation.

Our trainer seemed a little annoyed by everything, and went super fast. It also was not communicated to him that we would need fast tracking of our data transfer and he made it seem as though this would not be possible, even though sales had promised it.

We have just completed an RFP, and DonorPerfect is our new vendor. The process was thorough, and Steve was great to work with.

We are now moving to onboarding.

The constant communication with Pierre was fantastic and his willigness to explain the different process, feauters of the DonorPerfect.
Finally we decided to use DonorPec after several meetings with comprehensive information.

I love DPO - the functionality, the customer support... knowing there is a team of people who can help me navigate DPO when needed is very comforting and I am happy I recommended DPO to my new employer! :-)

In our first onboarding meeting today, our coordinator walked me through the process step by step and also patiently answered my questions. She took notes about some of the unique needs of our organization and said she would look into the issues and get back to me. She assured me we would have access to help in several different ways during the onboarding process and beyond.

The people I have communicated with so far have been very helpful and kind. I am getting more assistance and feedback that I did with over a year of time with our former company.

We are not where I want to be. A lot of information being thrown at me but we do not have the support. Everything is a separate app and log in. I need 3 simple things done and I can't make it happen because I am lost
