After having connected with another debt reconciliation company for a year or more prior to my eventual opening up of a relationship with the Freedom Debt Relief organization, I was not only frustrated but also disillusioned about the actual true benefits of entering into such a company, especially for a second time. The first encounter produced an experience that, though somewhat beneficial I suppose, it left me with a substantial amount of uncovered and remaining debt which I was simply left to continue fighting with. It was at this point that I sought another avenue to address this debt, and I very fortunately came into phone contact with one Michael Harrison, but not without a healthy skepticism following my prior disappointing incursion into the realm of debt realignment. Michael spoke to me in simple, not intentionally too complex terminology. He made me feel comfortable to ask questions and he did not try any hard sell tactics, and over a matter of a short period of time I came to trust him as he recommended Freedom Debt Relief to me and helped to get me in contact with that organization.
There proceeded to be a process which produced “exactly,” what it was supposed to produce, a debt reconciliation plan that reduced my debts over time as settlement after settlement was produced. Eventually I was contacted by “Achieve,” and was able to secure the loan which helped me to be able to “graduate,” and then move on to the final stage. An excellent outcome, and I’m still wrestling with unsettled debts with that same company I mentioned earlier. Frustrating.
Lastly when the graduation happened, and after some issues I was able to reconnect with Mr. Harrison, which was very important to me, allowing me to first thank him sincerely for his actions way back when that helped me so, and secondly to ask him for a means to do what I hope I have been able to do with this review, and that is make sure you folks know what a treasure you and your customers have in one, Mr. Michael Harrison!

From the first initial takeoff, sign up process was professional, not aggressive. Then in the hands of Ms. Cynthia everything moved along. I was served papers on one account and they went to bat for me and every step along the way.

a very positive experience with Done with Debt. Bob was a very professional and compassionate person to work with. In good conscience, I can only give 4 (instead of 5) stars because 1) I really only heard about one option (Freedom Debt Relief, or FDR), so I had no choice other than take it or leave it, and 2) I have not experienced the full process yet, because Bob was only the "hook up". I am concerned about details that Bob & I covered that did not translate to FDR. For example, the amount I would pay monthly is less than I wanted it to be. I will reach out to get my questions answered, but it demonstrates either a process flow problem or a communication problem. In all, and to date, I am happy with my decision to engage with Done with Debt. I believe they will be a reliable partner on my journey to debt management.

Having a Case Worker assigned to help answer a lot of questions along the way is most helpful, and my current Case Worker, Cynthia Fleming, has consistently offered to help me sort things out whenever I needed it, she answers phone calls and responds with a return call the same day. She’s dedicated in her job and truly advocates for her clients, I’m sincerely saying this based on my personal experience. Now that I understand the concept of the program, I feel reassured that Done with Debt is a company I can trust and rely on to help me back on track with my financial situation and gain back stability sooner than later.
