The quality is okay.

I went by their size chart and all my skirts are L. They were too small so I exchanged for XL. I should have just cancelled the order because I was charged over $12 to return and re ship. That's the worst shipping policy I've seen in a long time. CS told me I could have "redo-unlimited returns" for $1.98, which I didn't check.

Just feels gross--another way to be nickled and dimed. I won't buy from them again.

I ordered 2 skorts 50 days ago. Status is still unfulfilled. Customer service said 2 weeks , 2 weeks ago. When I emailed asking for an update they said they have “no idea” when the item will ship.
Now, reading other reviews, this seems to be regular practice for this company. Clothing sizes inconsistent, difficult return process, very loooong shipping times.
If you’re checking here before your first order, I’d suggest you run the other way!

I paid extra for free returns, but they want to charge me $17. There is no way to talk or chat to anyone. Also, I ordered 3 items and have only received 2 of them. My third item will likely arrive more than 30 days past the order date. They require returns to be made within 30 days. I like the items, but got the wrong size. Shipping and customer service ruined the experience and I’ll never order from them again.

Update: I was able to get in touch with customer service by reaching out on Instagram and they immediately assisted me. I did not originally see the option for a free drop off return, so I was able to correct that. The 3rd item I am waiting on is a pre-order. So, a better experience than my original posting.
