There has been things Domi Doc say that on my dead’s. Go to the recorder, nothing on my dead. Hear lately listed me as the owner, Max as the seller,Tyler as the buyer. Checked with the local police, recorder, and an Attorney. All three says my dead is good. The one recorder looked up the booking number, she said my parcel number and Cubs is the same, except one number. Called to talk to the lady about this, she was off work, called again and left message. No return calls

If one realizes the pride and money that goes into home ownership, they will certainly get this coverage, Yes, I had family actually laugh at me for doing this, I am pro active and this policy is great No AI communication you speak to live pros when questions come up. Family no;longer laugh because at least some of them checked the statistics on people stealing there home, yes stealing there property give them a call there the friendliest ever before you laugh ask questions, its a very small price to pay for monthly reports and property value information

No wait time. Very fast reply to my question regarding an alert. The fact that I received an alert showed me that DomiDocs is up to speed. A recent change to my local tax collector's format on property tax bills caused the alert. Just routine, but happy to see it was noted immediately. Glad to be a customer of DomiDocs!

Great service, I listed my property for sale and received an alert right away. The customer service reps are always attentive and helpful with questions. Tiego helped me this time around and he was great— extremely professional and provided me with top notch service.

Today I spoke with Customer Experience Representative Thiago. Initially I called about an alert which he resolved for me in short order! Then I asked him about how long until our protection plans have until they must be renewed and, again, he gave me the precise information I needed right away! He also updated/confirmed our contact information which was just as important. The last issue was that I was having some difficulty checking alerts once I log on into our DomiDocs Homelock accounts. Thiago “walked me through” the steps and I was able to understand the next time I need to check. I can unequivocally say that Thiago provided me with superior customer service. He is very knowledgeable, patient, articulate, and CUSTOMER-FOCUSED! His professionalism, demeanor, and work ethic are a highly favorable reflection of your company. I recommend that his manager formally recognize Thiago’s job performance and seriously consider him for a fast-track promotion!
