Dolvero is excellent. I purchased a 5k account outside of any promotional event and requested a free reset; they granted it to me—Dolvero is great. I also once engaged in hedging, not realizing it was against the rules (as I am a beginner in the prop firm world). I asked for a free reset, and they ended up granting it.

Dolvero : the New Era of prop firms
I have been trading for many years and have tried many prop firms, but Dolvero is truly of superior quality.
It isn’t very well known yet, but it soon will be.
The rules are clear and do not change: when you purchase an account, both the CEO and the trader sign a contract that "locks in" the rules—so there are no surprise "of the day after". And no hidden rules.
The support staff is highly professional and kind, and they respond to inquiries very quickly.
The CEO Michal is extremely knowledgeable and courteous . He often steps in personally to resolve any issues and frequently engaging directly on Discord to provide real-time answers.
The CEO is developing this company by adopting a philosophy that is new and different from those of other prop firms : Dolvero is on the trader's side.
I’ve already received my first payment via Bank Transfer and it only took 2 hours.
They have accounts for all budgets: a trader can buy an Instant 5,000 $ account that costs only 12 dollars...
And also the other 10.000 , 25.000, 50.000 , 100.000 and 200.000 dollars accounts have lower fees than the average of other "famous" prop firms.
The Dolvero dashboard is packed with informations, and the trader can easily manage their accounts.
PS : let that be clear , I have no interest in praising Dolvero , this is simply the pure truth.

I raised a support ticket with Dolvero…
I raised a support ticket with Dolvero regarding an issue with MT5, where I am unable to trade certain currency pairs. It has now been **two days since I opened the ticket**, but I have yet to receive any response or resolution from their support team.
Dolvero claims that issues can be resolved within 10 minutes of opening a ticket. However, despite waiting for two days, my issue remains unresolved, and I have received no update from the team.
This level of customer support is disappointing, especially when the issue directly affects my ability to trade. I expected a quicker response and a proper resolution from Dolvero. I hope their support team addresses this issue as soon as possible and improves its response time for other traders.

Everything has been pretty straightforward so far , the platform is very easy to use and nothing feels unnecessarily complicated. Compared to some other prop firms, the overall experience just feels smoother.
Still early for me, but so far im genuinely happy with it . Hopefully it stays this way ✌🏼

we take every review seriously, so we checked our customer accounts, orders, trading accounts, payout requests and support tickets. We could not find anything that matches this review, and our request for details through Trustpilot has not received a reply.
All of our rules are published in full on dolvero.com and in the Edge dashboard before any purchase, and they are the same for every trader. When an account is closed for a rule breach, the trader receives a full compliance report with the exact trade, timestamp and rule involved. Every payout we make is listed on our public ledger.

This prop firm is full shaddy things I opened a btcusd and they tell me i failed my account I was $280 in profits,they said there will be jpy news how does that affect my btc trades and how does 2 entries entered from same minutes affect 1 entry to close and the other to still float,this scamming just because I bought the challenge with $12 and made %200 but later the problem was solved and I did not make any violation thanks to the team happy to trade again best luck

This is the second breach on this account in three days. The first, on
13 September, was for holding BTCUSD over the weekend. We reset that account
back to $5,000 free of charge,
That reset was a one-off courtesy.
At Dolvero the rules are locked from day one. Every account is issued with a
Trading Rules Agreement listing every rule the risk engine applies, with the
exact figures frozen for the life of that account, signed by both sides and
sealed. You signed yours on 11 September at 15:25 UTC, before you placed a
single trade. It is public, and anyone reading this can open it:

The News Trading rule is in that document. It restricts opening a position
within 30 minutes of a high-impact release, and it is not limited to the
currency named on the calendar. Canadian CPI moves the US dollar through
USD/CAD, and gold is priced in US dollars, so XAUUSD reacts within seconds. A
rule covering only the event's own currency would protect nothing, because the
spike lands on everything quoted against the dollar.
The position was opened two minutes before the release, and a second one
seventeen minutes after it. Both were inside the window. The rule measures only
the moment a position is opened; a position already held may be carried through
the window and closed inside it. The result does not enter into it, and both of
your trades were in profit.
We have sent you the full explanation by email with the exact timestamps. If any
line of it is wrong, tell us which one and we will look again.
You are free to keep this review and we will not ask you to remove it. Locked
rules only mean something if we apply them the same way to everyone, including
when it costs us a star.
