My experience with Trixino has been extremely frustrating, and I want other people to be aware of what I have experienced before they decide to trust this casino with their money and personal information.

They asked me to provide a screenshot of my phone settings to verify my phone number. Then they demanded a phone bill showing both my name and phone number, even though I use a pay-as-you-go SIM. Not everyone on pay-as-you-go has a traditional phone bill with their name and number on it. So what exactly are customers supposed to do when the documents being demanded simply do not exist?

This is the kind of verification process that raises serious concerns for customers, especially when there appears to be no reasonable alternative.

It makes me question whether these requirements are genuinely about verification or whether customers are being put through unnecessary obstacles when they want access to their money. I cannot claim to know their intentions, but the experience certainly does not inspire confidence.

And it gets worse. After dealing with these demands, I decided I wanted to close my account. Instead of making the process straightforward, live chat told me I had to send an email to get my account closed. More hassle, more obstacles, and more time wasted just trying to end my relationship with this casino.

Customers should not have to jump through endless hoops to prove their phone number, especially when they have explained that the requested documentation is not available to them. Nor should closing an account become another frustrating battle.

I have evidence of my experience, including the verification requests and communications with customer support. I am prepared to show what actually happened.

My advice to anyone considering Trixino: BE CAREFUL. Understand their verification requirements before depositing your money, and keep screenshots of every conversation. If you ever run into problems, make sure you have a record of everything.

A casino should earn its customers’ trust through fair treatment, transparency, and a reasonable verification process — not leave customers feeling as though they are being pushed from one obstacle to another.

Trixino, customers deserve clear answers, reasonable alternatives, and a straightforward account-closure process. People should not be left wondering whether unnecessary demands are being used to delay access to their money.

This is my personal experience, and I have evidence to back up what I am saying. I am sharing it because other people deserve to know about the difficulties I faced before deciding whether to trust this casino.

Encore un casino qui vous expliquera que tout est contrôlé et parfaitement équitable. De mon côté, après plusieurs dépôts, l'expérience est catastrophique. Je ne déposerai plus un centime et je conseille à tout le monde de réfléchir à deux fois avant d'y mettre son argent. Chacun est libre de son choix, mais moi je passe mon tour.
