The item did arrive quick but the wrong…

The item did arrive quick but the wrong item was shipped. I had ordered a ortho matt 6'x9'x1" and received a 3'x6'x1" but the pacing slip did say the correct size. Also, I order it site unseen and was surprised what the item was vs the description. I am working with the team to get the right size and correct the situation.

Great service! Great mats!

I was given the wrong color initially, but Nola at the warranty department was prompt to reach out to me and set up a free pickup of the wrong mats. The correct order arrived a few days later. Great service! Great mats!

Excellent Products with A+ Service

With so many decision to make, the one thing we needed to get right was the mats. The professionalism of the folks a Dollamur is unrivaled. We unroll the mats in a couple of weeks, and know our members will be rolling on top level equipment. During the process, the shipping agent delivered an empty tube, but Dollamur was quick to send a replacement, and follow up for more details.

Fantasy service

The people I dealt with were great. Even when I messed up the order, they fixed it quickly. Definitely great quality on the mats. I look forward to doing more business with them
