Company is a fraud. Its a scam. Never received my order and there is no way to get refund. Do not order from them! Report them to the federal trade commission.

It's a Scam!!!
I NEVER received my order. I ordered a dog ramp and received a confirmation email. However, my order never came. I reached out to them for an update and waited another week. Then I contacted them on every email I could find from scouting their site. To this day still nothing. Then I was randomly sent an email to review the product. I did and after posting it I saw like 10 other people with the same story as mine from the US and the UK. Don't shop here it's a scam!!!

SCAM!
I would give 0 stars if I could! Definitely a scam company. Ordered a dog ramp on 8/14/25. I did get a confirmation email right away that even said I could track my shipment….it never moved off the “preparing to ship” mark and the email for “Shop” came back as undeliverable. I sent several emails through the “contact us” link on the website and never got a response…just sent last on 9/6/25. I submitted a complaint to the BBB and a dispute claim to my credit card company.

Never received order & no way to contact the seller
I ordered a dog ramp from DogElevate on 8/13/2025. Immediately after placing the order I got a text from my credit card company about it possibly being fraudulent charge which was odd, particularly for a <$100 purchase, but I did place the order so I marked it as approved.
The issue: I did not receive an email or text confirmation, no shipping info, and there was no way to create an account when I placed the order so I had no way to get back to my order. Per the general shipping info on the site my order should be delivered within 3 to 9 business days. On the 9th business day I submitted the contact form on their site inquiring about my order and did not get a response. Tried again a few days later. No response. The only other contact info they have on the site is an email address, so I sent one and it came back as undeliverable. At that point I gave up and submitted a dispute with the cc company to remove the charge.
