DogAcademy Arvostelua

Excellent course, I recommend it to everyone. Good price, helpful, and dog-friendly training lessons. Thank you so much for everything!

Dog Academy has proven to be a trustworthy and diligent resource, providing support exactly when it is needed most. While any breed can technically be trained as a service dog, the reality of preparing an assistant animal—especially a high-energy breed like a Red Heeler—demands a significant investment of time and effort. This intensity is often why professional programs are so expensive.
Dog Academy makes this path far more accessible to more people by offering a structured and affordable alternative. However, it is important to go in with clear expectations: success requires a high level of personal dedication and a major time commitment. For those who are ready to put in the work, this is an excellent resource for navigating the training process and achieving independence with your service animal.

Krystal is exactly what my dog and I were looking for. She gave us loads of information and things to work on until we meet again. She listened and was very patient. I'm looking forward to our next visit.

I just spike with Shelby and she said my trainer did not want to do train. Someone at dog academy is lying at trainer just called and indicated she spoke with a man last week who would work to accommodate. Some one a dog academy is lying. Do not use dog academy. No they lie.

You guys are great. All of the training was very informative and kane responded very well to everything. I am so glad I chose you to Help me get this accomplished.

This particular module gave a good review of The Reactive Dog

Astonishing level of customer support. I had an upcoming flight and asked alexis to expedite our video review, which she did twice in one day. Was so friendly and understanding and helped us get our pup on our flight with us the next day. The reviewer even agreed to stay a little late to review our videos. They were so genuine and nice, couldnt have nicer things to say.

I had an amazing experience with DogAcademy! I spoke with Jeremy, and he was absolutely outstanding. He was kind, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about helping people, and Jeremy definitely goes above and beyond.

His customer service was top-notch, and he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Honestly, he deserves a raise for how well he represents the company! If all staff are like him, you’re in great hands.

Highly recommend DogAcademy—thank you again, Jeremy!

This course was incredibly valuable; I learned SO MUCH. I appreciated the self-paced design. I'm elderly living alone with a tendency for panic attacks. I found I could not get through a lesson and exam in one sitting. Given that, I have a suggestion for those like myself. Maybe there was a link (and I missed it?) to continue with the course after exiting and returning later. I was scrolling through prior lessons to finally reach the 'current'. Thank you so very much! My dog and I have progressed well to the instructions you've provided.

The courses were very clear and easy to follow. It makes what appears to be a difficult task, obtainable. Everything we learned is helpful and necessary to be a PSD. Having a PSD will be important to my life.

My experience was great and the company is doing well too.

Video Assessment guidance.

Be very careful, it’s a hard sell and very misguided. There are no classes with other dogs/puppies and I was told that trainers would arrange places to interact with other dogs and their owners. That is not the case and you get an individual trainer for nine sessions that you really don’t need because puppies need to be socialized. I told them at the time that I was talking to them about signing up that I had no interest in online videos I can get that on YouTube for free, but the biggest disappointment is once I realized that I had signed onto a very expensive plan that I did not need and asked for a refund for some of it. They refused and told me I was outside of the refund time. The trainer I have is not the problem. . It is the program .This is a very disappointing experience overall.

So far every step is as described! No surprises!
