EASY and CONVENIENT

I've been using Docupost for over a year now. SO EASY and CONVENIENT. Even though a 1-page letter costs more to send via Docupost, it makes up for the cost by saving me SO MUCH TIME. And the records are much better than that little green certified mail slip.

One of the standout features of DocuPos is its built-in mailing system. It makes sending digital receipts, invoices, and follow-up emails incredibly easy and professional. The automatic email confirmations after each transaction not only save us time but also leave a great impression on customers.

What I love most is the customization — we can add our logo, personalized messages, and even promotional offers within the emails. It keeps communication consistent and on-brand without any extra hassle.

Plus, having all customer correspondence tracked and stored in one place makes it super convenient to follow up or troubleshoot if needed. DocuPos really nailed this feature — smooth, reliable, and a huge time-saver.

A great service!

This is a fast, easy, inexpensive service! I use it to send postcards to my elected officials and notes to my boyfriend. The fact that I can customize the front of the postcards with text and graphics is an added bonus and it really makes an impact.

A much needed service

I’ve been a user of DocuPost for over a year. As a business owner, this service allows me to mail letters without leaving my home. On days when my local post office is closed, I can mail letters online and trust they will be mailed out the next business day. Thank you to the creators of DocuPost!
