DocTranslator Arvostelua

I'm here for the 10 or whatever they got for me to write this review. Might change this later

Estou muito feliz em encontrar o doc translation, foi de grande ajuda no meu documento.

I had an excellent experience with Doctranslate. The platform made it very simple to upload my documents, and the translations were delivered quickly, with high accuracy and attention to detail. I appreciated that they followed all formatting requirements perfectly, which saved me a lot of time.

Customer support was also very responsive and professional, answering my questions clearly and guiding me through the process. Prices are fair compared to other providers, and the quality definitely exceeded my expectations.

If you need certified translations done correctly and without delays, I highly recommend Doctranslate.

best app ever ,quick & easy to use

very good translation for legal use and can also be certified.

I start trying using this app, hope it helps

Misleadmng customers on pricing, marketed service as free which occured to be paid subsciption disguised as free service. One large translation from french to English completed- very poor quality, jave raised my concerns claimed back fees but without success, avoid

Ứng dụng ok, chuyển đổi miễn phí, đánh giá 5 sao

click bait =((

VERY VERY VERY GOOD

The professional translator application for business template. It is realizable to convert the documents from English to Vietnamese for registering products

Nice website

Great app! I love it

Hidden membership fees. This is very bad company practice and borderline fraud. To be fair, they apparently mention it somewhere in the fine print. I guess they make a good profil on fooling/cheating their customers. I highly suggest to avoid this company.

doc translator web translate yg sangat bagus

Bom site, mas nao traduziu o aquivo todo.

A bit of context: I used DocTranslator to translate a one-page PDF into another language. I paid for that specific translation at the time, and now, about 13 days later, they're charging my card for a supposed membership.

Bear in mind that I noticed the charge myself, there was absolutely no email or any explanation of an upcoming membership charge. I only noticed my card was charged through my bank's app.

If it was not made clear already, I did not willingly sign up for any subscription. If I did, it was hidden or displayed in a way that made it easy for users to overlook. These are very shady practices for any company, which is why I'm writing this review (something I don't typically do).

My suggestion is to not use this app. I've requested a refund for what happened to me, and I will update this review if the support team gets back to me.

UPDATE: Support refuses to refund me and instead uploads a picture of the terms where the user "agrees" to the subscription. It is, in fact, in the small print.

Again, I'm not the only user in this situation. I would advise anyone to stay away from this company and its deceptive practices to get your money.
