Excellent friendly service with lots of good advice during my 3rd bike fit. Looking forward to booking in for a metabolic test.

I had the pleasure of some metabolic testing from Greg at Doctor Sprocket. Greg clearly has a vast knowledge around this subject and he was so helpful and took his time to explain what he was measuring and how this would help inform my training and general health and wellness for the future. I sincerely recommend this service and will definitely be returning.

The second time I’ve visited Greg, (this time with a different bike of course) but the same great service and a modified riding position. I highly recommend him.

I attended the clinic a few weeks ago as I wanted to give the bike a good spin before I wrote the review, as per the Dr's request. I booked the appointment because I experienced some left knee pain after some rides (>30 miles). I also had some neck pain, and right hip issues.
I completed a 100 mile ride on Sunday. I am pain free.
I cannot recommend his services highly enough. The fee was minimal for the service I received.

Gregg was very welcoming from the minute I arrived. After a brief discussion regarding my cycling history and future goals Gregg then analysed my current riding style. With the use of computer technology and some good old fashioned measuring tools Gregg was able to make adjustments to my riding style to help improve my comfort and efficiency.
Gregg is very professional, courteous and a mindful of help and advice regarding all things Tri. Will be returning back next month with my TT back.

Had two bike fits now (recently got a new bike) - amazing service and advice. Greg is very knowledgable and passionate about his craft. Provided advice on stretching etc to help address a long standing lower back niggle. It’s so satisfying knowing I’m riding in the most efficient position. If you’re serious about your riding, then treat yourself to a bike fit!!!

Ok , had a bike fit with Greg on Saturday 3rd September. I was having issues with my hips being painful during and after rides. Firstly Greg is a great guy,knowledgeable and will advise you on more than just your bike fit
So onto the bike fit, after taking measurements and using old school and hi tec equipment he made adjustments to my bike, not going to tell you the adjustments, go and see him, let him work his magic and see what happens
Sunday 4th ,first ride after the fit, happy to report no issues with the hips, felt strange on the bike but he does warn you it wil take a few rides to get used to it.
I would thourghly recommend Greg to anyone who is having issues on the bike to sort out your problems and improve your riding.

After experiencing some backache on longer rides, I had a bike fit by Dr Sprocket, which has resulted in a much improved ride. He uses the most up to date technology, and combines this skill and knowledge with a huge wealth of experience over many years as a competitive cyclist. His attention to detail is second to none. I had my cleats repositioned, the saddle moved forward, the handlebars raised and rotated, with the result that I not only feel more comfortable, but stronger and safer. Can't recommend Dr Sprocket highly enough for a quality bike fit along with fascinating cycling and training chat.

I booked in with Greg not knowing what to expect, I was having trouble with my hands and suspected the position on my (newish) bike was the problem.

From the moment you arrive Greg makes you feel welcome, informed and at ease.

He explained the process every step of the way - from cleat adjustment, to saddle and grips.

The end result… I’ve been on three rides now (C150m) I feel more comfortable on the bike, better balanced and much stronger through my legs. With the subtle adjustments he made my arms feel more relaxed and so far I’ve not any issues with my hands.

For those of us addicted to these two wheeled contraptions we know they are an expensive but enjoyable piece of kit, why I hadn’t been fitted professionally before god only knows.

I would highly recommend Dr Sprocket for anyone who wants more comfort and enjoyment out of their bike.

Greg was suberb and provided me with an excellent bike fit service. He identified why my lower back pains had occured and adjusted the bike accordingly. Worth every penny! Highly reccomend!

The quality of service is second to none and the expertise of Gregg is unquestionable. I had the resting and active metabolic testing, this is cutting edge stuff both fascinating and valuable. If you are serious about your training then you should really consider this.

Excellent service and my bike set up in no time and my then set up the cleats on my new shoes. Very professional and I can certainly tell the difference now my bike and shoes have been set up correctly. Much more comfortable when riding my bike

Greg is a highly knowledgeable bloke. You don’t just get a bike fit you get lots of other nuggets of useful information too. If you are going to spend a lot of money on a bike it’s worth seeing Greg to make sure you get the best out of your expensive bit of kit. Excellent follow up email with a detailed report and more tips about stretching and strength work. Highly recommended!

What a fantastic couple of hours spent with Dr Sprocket sorting out my bike fit on my road bike. What a super guy, his knowledge is incredible and all explained to a layman like me so I could fully understand. He was courteous, precise, professional and relaxed all at the same time. I could have spent the whole day with him. His knowledge about you, your bike, nutrition, body function, muscles, I could go on about how much information.
