Even as a weekend warrior this was absolutely intriguing! Gave me a huge insight in to multiple areas of my fitness, from daily calorific allowance to how to improve aerobic capacity. The written report was very in depth and the one on one sessions with Greg and over the internet were great too; I've learned more in an hour with this than I have over years of internet searching!!!

Have already recommended this to friends, who have also thoroughly enjoyed it and learned a lot about their training.

This is the best money I’ve spent on anything for a long time! Greg is a cracking guy, whose knowledge of cycling and the workings of the human body is so in depth you could spend hours talking to him. I’d never been for a bike fit and I’m a complete cycling novice so was quite apprehensive going to see Greg. However he is very happy to help with every aspect of the bike including even the basics like gear changes and clipping in and out. I’ve just returned from my first ride and the bike is so comfortable, it works with you instead of having to fight against it! Definitely pay Greg a visit if you want a professional but relaxed bike fit, you won’t regret it. I’ll be back asap for my metabolic testing!

Greg is clearly a subject matter expert when it comes to bikes and the human mechanical interaction. Lots of high tech kit to assist and measure accurately.

I learned so much during my bike fitting session! About pedalling mechanics, and fueling, and cycling. Greg clearly knows his stuff and he was super helpful. Despite my apprehension about not being a "proper" cyclist, he put me right at ease. In the end, I only needed minor tweaks to the bike setup and cleat position (and some homework of core strength and stretching). Proof will be in the pedalling, of course, but I already feel more comfortable and looking forward to more and longer rides again.

Went to Greg after being recommended by a friend, didn’t think he would change much…god was I wrong! First off went through what I wanted to do distance wise and if I had any trouble pain issues, spoke to me about certain websites to help me progress, then after going on the bike you could tell he knew exactly what he was talking about, adjusted my shoes, massively moved my seat and shortened my handle bars distance! As soon as I left I could feel the difference! Best money I’ve spent on cycling thus far!

I took two very different bikes in and within minutes Greg had identified the core issues to not only my recurring lower back ache )on rides over 30miles) and pins and needles in my left hand. I was amazed when he looked at my shoulders and seat position and immediately diagnosed that my seat was about 10 degrees off centre!!!

The whole experience was welcoming, incredibly professional and very easy. I cannot recommend Doctor Sprockets enough.

I started feeling knee pain after my bike rides since I changed my bike and got new shoes. I knew the fit wasn’t right and I needed expert advice. Attentiveness, knowledgeable, friendly - I could go on and on. The difference that this has made to my riding is exceptional, I don't get shoulder pain any more and my average speed has increased too! For those wondering if a bike fit is worth the outlay, then I can say that I looked very carefully at this and having taken the plunge, I would highly recommend.

I visited Greg September 4th 2023 and my only regret is that i did not go many years ago!
It is only 2 weeks ago but my cycling experience has been transformed. I feel so much more comfortable while riding and I also feel more powerful with less effort! I have to say that for the first time i feel as one with the bike. Greg is so easy to deal with, he explains precisely where and why the current bike is wrong and what needs to be done to correct it. As well as fitting the bike to me, which was a huge difference in positioning, Greg taught me some basic tips and tricks for cycling efficiency. My back pain has massively improved and my power has increased. I could not believe just how technical and precise even the smallest details are. Would definitely recommend.

You don't have to be an athlete to seek guidance here, I've been out of cycling for a few good years. Greg puts you at ease with his depth of knowledge on the subject whilst also providing helpful advice during & after the bike fitting.

Using video analysis tools Greg analysed my riding position and adjusted the position of my seat and shoe cleats to set me in the optimum riding position.

Completely transformational

I've been cycling for more than 50 years and had quite unpleasant shoulder and neck pain after about 40 miles on my bike. After careful and detailed consideration of my bike and body position, the problem was solved. I would recommend this service to anyone at any point during their cycling journey
