Doctorherb Arvostelua

had a very upsetting experience at Dr & Herbs in Ilford and would not recommend this clinic based on how I was treated.

From the moment I walked in, the doctor who was due to see me gave me unfriendly looks, which made me feel uncomfortable. During my consultation, she discussed my private medical information loudly in front of other customers, which I felt was a complete breach of my privacy and extremely unprofessional.

She then strongly pushed me to purchase herbal medication costing £50 per week. When I said I wanted to think about it before committing, her attitude changed noticeably and she became rude.

During the acupuncture treatment, she told me, “This is going to hurt,” and instructed me not to speak or ask any questions. She inserted the needles very forcefully. I immediately told her the treatment was extremely painful. I have had acupuncture before and have never experienced pain like this. Instead of listening to my concerns, she told me to stay quiet and said, “This is what you’ll get,” before raising her voice at me.

I told her to stop the treatment because I no longer felt comfortable. When removing the needles, she pulled them out roughly, causing even more pain. After the treatment, I asked to speak to the manager. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, she began shouting and screaming at me.

I left feeling humiliated, intimidated, and genuinely distressed. I felt that I was treated differently after declining to buy the herbal medication, and the overall experience was completely unacceptable. Patients should be treated with respect, have their privacy protected, and never feel pressured into purchasing additional products or made to feel afraid to voice concerns during treatment.

I would not return to this clinic and hope my experience encourages improvements in how patients are treated.i do not advise to use this place they very unprofessional and don’t deal with complaints And have not got back to me even though I sent a few emails to speak to manager. They don’t take complaints seriously and are very rude.

I honestly can’t recommend Doctor Herb CBD enough. The quality of their products is truly 100% top-tier — easily the best CBD I have tried. The taste is amazing compared to many other brands, and you can really tell they care about the quality of what they sell.
They also offer a great range of different products, so there is something for everyone depending on what you need. Personally, their products have helped me a lot with depression, social anxiety, and pain relief, which I’m very grateful for.
Another thing worth mentioning is their customer service — they are always professional, friendly, and very helpful whenever you have questions.

Dr Herb has given acupuncture for about 20 years and the results have been amazing. I suffer with diverticulitis, fibromyalgia, a damaged, arthritic pelvis, migraines and other conditions. He has helped me to walk so much better. I have struggled to walk in for treatment, then come out walking and pain free! It is like a miracle. He and his wife are so lovely. It beats painkillers.

Another 10/10 purchase! The stock is wide ranged and the flower comes in looking like Cali ! Keep it going doctor herb you guys are smashing it 🤝🤝

Believe me when i say this. Ive tried a mass amount of websites trying to find the best. This is definitely competing for number 1 spot. My first time trying this website so i only ordered 1 strain so i'll have to try some others but you wont be dissatisfied or disappointed. It really is top quality.

Top quality flower, if you're looking for the Cali grade kind of strains this is the place! They work very closely with their customers for any questions that you'd have they are happy to help.

Alright Mate?

What an absolutely fantastic store, banging bud on both sides of your menu, reasonably priced.

Instant customer service via Phone is a big USP in the CBD market.

Moving on to a different Menu but hopefully catch up when your next update takes place

Thanks for a great few months.

Absolutely nothing bad to say so far!
I've placed two orders the first was white widow which done and tasted exactly as described. I then asked for a recommendation which was cookie'which is now my favourite stain! Tastes and smells so nice!
Customer service is bang on with very fast, polite responses! Reassurance of what you are buying and when it'll be delivered. Every delivery has been on time!
I've finally quit smoking thc ridden buds after a long 15+ years and it's changing my life for the better and it's all thanks to Doctor herb!
Do not regret a thing and will be ordering many more in the future.
Highly recommended for all of your cbd products/ needs!

Best place for cbd the customer service is great and the product they do is 11/10 haven’t been anywhere else for cbd since I came across dr herb

Honestly the best tasting cbd I’ve had, I’ve tried many vendors and websites.

This stuff is 10/10 and the packaging, servicing and the product itself you just can’t nock.

So much so I’m a weekly customer, keep it up guys !

Not really mega impressed with the flowers on offer here. I purchased 3 different strains on the website & all 3 of them smell & taste different in comparison to how they are described on the website. I am a veteran THC smoker & recently have switched to CBD I have had CBD strains from other websites that actually taste how they are described & sadly these strains just didn’t hit the mark for me.

The website is great. Delivery is fast & I have no issues with the packaging or anything else. But for me personally the flower is not up to standard. Yes they look great & the flowers are well trimmed & decent bud size, but like any true smoker will know, it’s all about taste & smell & these buds didn’t deliver on taste or smell at all. It’s a massive shame.

Thanks doctor herb.

The quality of this CBD is insane, I suffer with anxiety and depression and this honestly helps me so so much! Also able to focus more. I used to get it from a shop nearby but now order direct from doctor herbs website! Doctor herb thank you!

The quality of the CBD you get from this company is unmatched and believe me I’ve tried most sites out there because I’m always on the hunt for the best one! I ordered just before 1pm yesterday and my package due today so couldn’t be more happier with how quick and efficient the service is.. I’m going to order much more from this company as I can not fault them

Thanks again 🙏🏾

I’ve tried loads of other cbd (flowers) but this is the best by far!! Smells and tastes like the real thing but without the horrible side effects!! Customer service is great as you speak to the man himself that actually enjoys it to!! Not just a member of staff that doesn’t care!! Highly recommended and guarantee you won’t find any better 👍🏽

Excellent service, ordered yesterday and received my delivery today by DPD, very high quality products from premium range can’t believe it, will defo order again and will defo recommend.

Absolutely outstanding service orderd yesterday after 1pm even though states orders by 1pm will be sent out next day and received my order in less than 24 hours beautiful aroma from the caramelo and the skywalker flower can't wait to smoke them thanks guys!

After emailing Dr Herb about not receiving an update from DPD after my order had been completed, i was told there had been problems with DPD due to back log etc, Royal Mail was used instead. I do get that but, the chance of receiving it before the end of this week, is slim. I was shocked when pictures of Bristol Mailing Centre showing the immense back log of mail, parcels etc was shocking. So it would of helped if an update of all the delays had been shown on the website.

Now been useing for over a month . Well what can i say the premium is superb i tried a few and very very happy with every product i received. Excellent delivery service . If suffer anxiety sleeping disorders id give a 💯 go

Have had a few orders with Doctor Herb now, I've been very pleased with what they have to offer, especially their premium stuff (currently on some White Fire OG which is very tasty). Customer service is great too, very friendly and helpful. Definitely the best CBD I have had so far, I will continue coming back as long as there's stock.

Fast delivery and top quality product I would highly recommend the white fire og it smells unreal and hits different. Just ordered some skywalker og to try that one.
