Great service, great support and quality product.
I came across Docan as recommended on many diy solar energy based sites. I gave them a try. I purchased the 280 diy battery kit and 16 CATL 304ah batteries. All this was shipped to Ireland.
I didn't get around to building the battery till recently due to work and life getting in the way. I had an issue connecting to the battery BMS to change parameters. I reached out to Amy in Docan and she responded promptly with a guide for connection to the particular BMS. It worked perfectly. I had been using a slightly different software. I now have Bluetooth and PC connections setup.

Docan Power is an amazing company! I got 12v 230aH battery from them for my small off-grid project, and its quality is absolutely amazing! So well built. The shipping was very fast as well, it was delivered from TX in just two days, very safely packaged, with a tracking number. Customer support is outstanding, Ami is doing her best to make customers happy! I was bombarding her with questions about Docan products and she was answering clearly, quickly and professionally. The battery that I received also has a preinstalled tiny but very informative battery monitor (also works with Bluetooth) that really helps me to monitor battery status of charge and discharge, usually only very expensive batteries have such a feature. At the same time the price of these amazing Docan batteries is just a fraction of the cost of more "branded" ones, with the same quality to say the least. I am incredibly satisfied and impressed with that!! I'm serioulsy looking into buying much more expensive battery banks from Docan for my entire house, because I see that this company is trustworthy.

I lost count of the amount of these cells I've gotten from Docanpower.com via Amy Zheng. Numerous 16S, 8S, and 4S packs. Always consistant usually 5% or more above rated. Shipping is usually 3 days or less to Florida. Packaging is always well done and the cells are always well matched. The buss bars and epoxy sheets are kinda nice too.

Docanpower o docan technology shenzhen è una azienda che vende celle prismatiche bidone al 100% lavora Amy zengh che è una falsa e vi venderà celle difettose con problemi marca eve come capitato a me di cui ho tutte le prove possibili inconfutabili. Mi ha venduto 16 celle prismatiche vecchie di 1 anno che non sono state mai caricate come doveva essere fatto ogni mese o due. Le celle si scaricano subito e non tengono il carico e sono tutte sbilanciate al punto che una misura 2.5v e un'altra 3.2v bloccando il bms in continuazione. Non hanno nessuno nel magazzino polacco che tiene in vita le celle e nessuno che controlla tensioni anno e mese di produzione scappate via perche poi vogliono che rispedite a vostre spese le celle in polonia pesanti 18kg .. correte via da loro rifilano celle non buone e fate un cattivo investimento non durano 1 giorno tutta spazzatura vende
