I thought my X1 was lacking power, but turns out I was stuck in the Eco setting. I hit up the support team, and they were super quick to help. They told me how to change the gear for more power. Now, it's like a whole new device! It's so much easier to get around. Big thanks to the support crew for sorting me out.

Auf Grund meiner Erkrankung hatte ich sehr spezielle Fragen an den Support.
Leider wurden meine Fragen nur oberflächlich beantwortet, der Inhalt animierte zu kaufen, die Geräte können das, was sie wollen.
Meine detaillierte Nachfrage wurde ignoriert und gar nicht beantwortet.
Selbst unter dem Account „ Dnsys Global“ bei Facebook wurde die Anfrage nicht freigegeben und auch nicht beantwortet.
Das ist keine Kundenfreundlichkeit!

I've been using Dnsys for almost two months. At first, I have to say that you need to learn very carefully how to put it on correctly. So, I put off using it for a long time after buying it home. But once I started, I couldn't stop. I haven't walked this easily for a long time. I take a walk with my device every day. Recently, I found that even without wearing it, my waking ability has improved. It's really great.

I’ve had a couple of knee surgeries on my one knee. Combine that with being in my 50’s when I heard of Dnsys.ai I was very interested. Looked at all of the reviews etc, and with their Christmas special, I figured why not? I bought the Carbon X1 and the 1.2 horsepower assistance is certainly noticeable!! 👍🏼👍🏼 here

Ich bin mit dem DNSYS X1 sehr zufrieden. Support reagiert relativ schnell, manchmal muss man nachhaken.

You are not accepting my return request within 7days of trying. Your product didn’t meet my expectations and it irritates me that your application doesn’t allow auto sign ins. Needing to sign in by typing my login and password is very inconvenient.

Too hard to put on and doesn’t fit . Do not buy this product unless you are thin .so heavy that it’s hard to put on without help

I'm not an avid runner or hiker, but I used to do a little mountain climbing and I'm a big fan of science fiction and technology, so I bought the X1 out of curiosity. I was fully aware that the X1 isn't the kind of technology that promises to help me run the 100 meters in six seconds, but the power support I felt the first time I put it on and took off made me feel like I was living on the cutting edge of the 21st century. It's amazing. My jog to test the X1 was my first in a year, so it was a miserable one, but I'm still happy that I can enjoy running again. The weather has been bad lately, so I've been wearing the X1 to ride my stationary bike, but I'm looking forward to using it on a nice day off and going on a light hike. If I had to point out a few areas for improvement, I'd say the power assist is abrupt when switching modes; it would be better if the level of assistance could change more gradually. Also, since I think the efficiency of the assistance depends on how tightly the X1 is fastened to your waist, it would be good to provide users with recommendations on clothing to fully utilize the X1's functions. Another downside is that when I received the X1, the included battery was at 0% capacity, which is bad news as extremely low battery levels can have a negative impact on battery life.

Il serait bien de faire des tutoriels avec l'application et ses choix des différents modes applicables car j'ai couru en mode transparent et c'est après que j'ai vu les modes...Aussi quand vous faites un running, il faut savoir où, comment et si les entraînements sont enregistrés car je ne vois pas les km fait merci

Hecho en falta la comunicación con mi reloj inteligente Garmin, para poder acceder a él sin tener que estar mirando mi celular.
Sobre todo en actividades como la caza menor con perro.
