Had DNA few months ago to clean my ducts, price was fraction of other companies and they did an awesome job. Today same tech came out, Tommy who cleaned by AC unit, handler and fan today. Can’t say enough about how honest DNA is. They cleaned up any mess and did a top notch job. Again much less expensive then three other prices I got. Will definitely use them again. Thank you TOMMY!!!!
I called DNA to set an appointment to clean my AC vents and returns. The woman who ntook my appointment over the phone was friendly and cordial and completely explained their pricing. The tech,ROY, was on time, he inspected and photographed the vents and told us that they didn't need cleaning.I was pleasantly surprised that a company would say this. Some companies would tell you that they cleaned them and would have charged you. DNA is HONEST and TRANSPARENT. MY AC unit was another story, it was filthy. Roy took pictures of that too. He disassembled the unit, cleaned and sanitized it. I also had a ultraviolet light installed. ROY was an excellent tech, very thorough and competent.He even vacuumed the floor when he was done. Excellent!!!

Leo explained how the air ducts were going to be cleaned. He showed pictures of how dirty and nasty they were. Leo gave me an estimate and decided to have the air ducts cleaned same day. Price was reasonable, considering the amount of work that was done! I would recommend without reservation. Carole Gagliano
