I purchased the elbow wraps and have been somewhat disappointed .The biggest fault I have been finding is they tend to slip down my arm at times. I followed the video directions when wrapping my elbows but they tend to feel loose. I can see how they would work but I am not getting any real benefit from them

Fast shipping and a high quality pull-up bar. It feels way sturdier than my old one. One warning, make sure you pay attention to the dimensions. It is wider than my old one so it won't fit in the hallway doorway like the previous one. This is my own fault and I am still happy with the product.
