contacted them thinking i needed to purchase new software or foot pedal but they very kindly fixed the issue remotely with out the need to purchase anything. Great service. Thank you very much. Jason
My old laptop died suddenly taking my transcription software with it. I called DMCL who talked me through the installation of the software and helped me get back to work. The customer service was incredible, polite, respectful and successful. I even got a lot more advice about the health of my computer and how to make it run faster. Really pleased.
I had a query re latest updated software of a product I bought from DMCL 8 years ago! Alex was able to trace what I needed to solve the problem and sent me the necessary link. Brilliant!
I bought a Philips SpeechAir microphone from this company. It was delivered safely and I'm very happy with the product. Good customer service who helped with any queries I had. I would recommend them.
